Karin is the best realtor Ive had! I chose Karin because of the 5-star ratings she has received from other clients. She contacted me immediately and explained the whole process of selling my house. There were two brothers and I involved in the selling of our house. Karin answered all our questions throughout the process on the same day. She kept us informed on the completion status of each step of the process leading up to the closing. Karin did a comprehensive market value analysis on homes that sold near our house to ensure we were getting a fair price. She asked us what we wanted to list our home for instead of trying to convince us of what to list it for. Karin represented us totally when it came to negotiating with buyer on the requests they had. Karin provided us with tips on what to fix in the house to make the house more appealing. She also has contacts with contractors to make repairs. The closing process for selling our house went perfectly. There were no bad surprises at closing. Karin truly represented us in a professional friendly way. She was more than helpful and went above and beyond and even after closing on my house a year ago she still reaches out giving me advice on how to improved and or protect my house and wishing Happy Holidays and even remembered to remind me on what information from my house closing to bring for my taxes and even provided me a copy of what I need to bring to get my taxes done. Every phone call I sent out she either answered immediately or responded immediately via text to let me know she was on another job and after she was done, she called me back. She answered all of my questions and if she didnt have the answer to one of my questions at the time, she investigated and provided me with an answer promptly. She always provided me with copies of important documents when I asked and even when I didnt ask. She provided me my own folder with all the houses I looked at and our put offers in on. I really can go on and on. Very Professional and Polite. Great Work! Great Realtor! Great Person!

Do to no fault of her own she was not able to help us because of how long we waited to get her help (6 days before the foreclosure.) Even though it was that late, you should have seen the binder she had put together to still try and help us sell the house if we could have gotten an extension. Anyway, she rocks!

We made various offers and looked at a number of different properties, and due to obstacle's on one contract we had to terminate the contract.
