ZillowVERIFIED When we purchased our home in 2012, Karin was the seller's realtor and we were impressed with how she handled the sale of the house to us. Three short years later, when we found ourselves in the position of needing to relocate out of Winston our first phone call was to Karin. We knew her knowledge of the area was second to none and she would help us sell our home quickly and for top dollar. She didn't disappoint on either front--we were under contract for full asking price in less than a week! She gave us suggestions for preparing the house for the market and even gave us tips on how to prepare for showings (we're a family with pets and small kids so getting ready for showings was always an ordeal). During the due diligence process, Karin and her team kept us updated regularly and scheduled contractors for us after we moved out (cleaners, punch list repairs, etc.) so that the house was ready and in tip-top shape for the new buyers on closing day.
