She started her career in NYC in 1987 selling lofts for Bellmarc Realty. Karin's reputation, built on 30 plus years of personal and business experience in various sales and customer service industries is characterized by her market expertise, professionalism and tireless work ethic. Originally from the Bronx with prior homes in Bergen County, NJ and TriBeCa, NY, Karin has been a resident of Montclair since 1992 where she has raised 2 children through the Montclair public school system. Karin is a charter member of Impact100 Essex which provides transformative grants to local non-profit organizations, serves on advisory panels in Hoboken and Jersey City consulting buyers considering a move to the suburbs and is a Montclair State University preferred agent guiding incoming faculty into the Montclair community.
