Let me start by saying Kariah was my favorite realtor yet and we have moved a lot! I recognized Kariahs face on a listing for a home I liked in Saint Marys and immediately sent her a message, aEURoehi, I think you dogsat for me about 4 years ago, will you help me with moving back to Kings Bay?aEUR? Kariah had the fastest response rate ever, even faster than my family and friends. She cared about everything I said, even if I was probably talking too much. Kariah made herself available when I had time, and always came to tour homes with me all over Kings Bay whenever I had a chance. Kariah wasnt only helping me find my ideal home, but she was also a professional, a great communicator, active listener, negotiator, and friend in the process. Zillow shows that Kariah has only been doing this for a year, but she knew the ins and outs of the entire process and knew everything about the area since shes lived here for quite a few years. Lastly, Kariah has followed up with me on multiple occasions after the purchase of my new home to ensure everything was okay. I did run into some minor issues with the new home but one quick text to Kariah later, everything got fixed and figured out within a few short hours. I would 1000000% recommend Kariah for anyones moving needs, as I saw she had an excellent listing on the house she sold AND she is a fantastic guide and advocate in the home buying process. Hands down love and appreciate Kariah and will never go with anyone else!!!!
