Review The Kohler Group is definitely a "one-in-a-million" kind of team. Their level of expertise in all areas regarding real estate is mind blowing. They are extremely professional, personable and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Buying a home is stressful (especially in today's market!!), however Sam Kohler really put us at ease. He always made himself or a colleague available. If he wasn't 100% sure of something, he asked, and got the information to us immediately. Sam worked with us tirelessly as we relocated to the area. He listened to what we were looking for and built a relationship with the listing agent and seller for us to have a seamless transaction. The Kohler Group has built a name for themselves in the area and have reputable connections with mortgage lenders, attorneys and even contractors. We already closed on our home but they are still engaging with us on home renovation updates, etc. If you are in the market to buy or sell, The Kohler Group is your best bet. Six years later when I was ready to sell, I went back to Kari because the service was phenomenal. After first contacting Kari with my intent to sell, she met me promptly at my property. She explained the process, we agreed on numbers and she answered all of my questions. A professional photographer showed up THE NEXT DAY and took amazing pictures of the property. The house was listed on a Thursday evening and we had multiple offers over list price by that Sunday. It was a whirlwind but Kari and her team treated me like I was their most important client. I met with Kari and her team in her office to go over and choose the best offer. I was very impressed by the level of professionalism and organization that they had while going over each offer with me. They answered a ton of my questions without missing a beat. We went under contract and a few days later my buyer got cold feet and canceled during the attorney review. I'm not sure why they backed out, but it didnt faze Kari at all. We re-listed the property and had even more interest and more offers than the first time! In the end, I got a cash offer that was several thousand dollars over list price and we closed within two weeks!Karis professionalism is unmatched. From the way she speaks to you, explains things, makes suggestions and negotiates, her knowledge and tact prove that she is the best amongst her peers.
