ZillowVERIFIED I selected Kari based on her experience and past reviews and she did not disappoint. She met with me quickly, developed an initial market review which ended up being very accurate, and gave sound advice/recommendations for the final touches before listing the house. The house sold within a week and I was very happy with the whole experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Kari did an outstanding job. She is the World?s Greatest Real Estate Agent !!! The BEST in Genesee County. She helped us sell my condo in Flint Township, then helped me buy another condo in Flushing Township. She made a special packet highlighting the features in our home, held an open house and communicated with us on a daily basis. We sold our condo in three weeks and she made it convenient for us by having the closing in her office in Flushing. She continued sending us new listings on condo?s just going on the market. That?s how we found the one in Flushing. They had multiple offers but she put together a purchase agreement for us that enhanced our chances and they choose ours over the other four. Whether buying or selling she WILL get it done !!! Don?t delay, call her today.

ZillowVERIFIED Kari Hartley is absolutely the most effective realtor we have ever worked with. Her knowledge of the market is extensive and knows how to move property?s quickly in this environment. We had multiple offers within hours. Full Asking Price, No Inspection, Cash deal. We can?t thank her enough for helping guide us through the process. Helping with everything from the market analysis and pricing discussions, to advising us on curb appeal and staging, Kari was an absolute expert who set our family up for success. Thank you Kari Hartley for everything you did to ensure our home sale.

ZillowVERIFIED Kari was outstanding in assisting with the sale of my condo in a timely and professional manner. She arrived on time to all meetings, communicated regularly, as needed, with appointments, showings, and feedback. And she assisted in closing the sale in an urgent manner in order that I prepare to purchase a new home. Kari is professional, competent, and fully transparent throughout the entire sales process. She is a true professional! I would strongly recommend her to assist you in the sale/purchase of your next home! Thank you!
