I've been in mortgage for over 12 years now. I've mentored dozens of other loan officers. I work routinely with VA, FHA, Conventional financing and Jumbo loans. I'm very experienced with rehab/renovation loans, manufactured homes (on land only-not in a park), Condos, single family homes and townhomes. I'm an instructor for down payment assistance courses. I've also taught courses on condos and appraisals as it pertains to mortgages. I'm here to make sure your home buying experience is a positive and financially beneficial one. About ME: I was born and raised in Tacoma Washington. I now live in Puyallup. I come from a family in the real estate industry for 3 generations. I'm not easily offended or sensitive. I don't sugar coat things but I'm not too blunt. I use a lot of humor and or stories to make people comfortable or to explain complex subjects so the information sticks. I love educating people and helping others. I volunteer with local rotary clubs, A step ahead, and other random volunteer projects!
