ZillowVERIFIEDKarey was amazing, she was readily available at any time. She never made us feel like any question or concern was a hassle or taking up her time. She went above and beyond any of our previous realtors, even helped us stage the home because we needed to pack and move out of state before the home sold. Recommend Karey 100%!!

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Karey on a multi-state home search. While I ultimately landed on a home in another state, Karey was outstanding to work with throughout the process. She is very knowledgable when it comes to her market and was able to focus my search really effectively. She sent me options in a timely manner and chased down any and all questions I had just as fast. As a remote buyer, it's difficult to convey just how helpful that was. If I'm in the market for a home in southern UT, Karey will be my first call!

ZillowVERIFIED Karey has been amazing from the start. We didn't know her before putting in a back-up offer on a home, and although back-up offers don't usually get much attention, she kept engaged with us the whole time, with regular communication for a couple months until finally our offer was being considered and we were able to close on the home. She has continued to follow up with us even after closing, giving us referrals or answering any questions since we've been in the home. If you want someone who will follow through and make your home buying experience a positive one, you will definitely be pleased with Karey's personality and professionalism.

ZillowVERIFIED Karey is a total professional in the real estate business. Her expertise and knowledge is unsurpassed and she was able to show us properties tuned to our specific needs and wants without the clutter of too many properties to look at. She was able to recommend ways to speed up the process of gaining access to our home and ensure we had a full opportunity to explore the area. She made sure we were aware of the right connections to getting settled in St. George, Utah. Karey worked with the lender and title company to make sure we were on track for a quick close and move in to our new house. Several details needed to be smoothed out as we worked our way through the process and Karey was on top of it all the way.

ZillowVERIFIED We love in northern Utah and chose Karey as our realtor. Even though she was three hours south of us, you would have never known. She was undoubtedly on top of everything and if we had any questions she would answer us immediately. We expected our home to be on the market for a few weeks, instead it was sold in two days! I would definitely recommend her, if youre buying or selling a home give her a call.

ZillowVERIFIED Karey has been our life saver during the purchase of our new home in St. George. Very professional agent, always on top of every task, very communicative and responsive. Even if we were still in Michigan during the whole process she helped us tremendously and made the steps very easy to follow. Any questions we had she was responding in no time; she provided photos, videos during constructions, she assisted us during pre-construction meeting, closing, retrieving the keys. Karey exceeded a lot our expectations, we could not choose a better Agent.

ZillowVERIFIED I've known Karey for quite a while. I saw her do an awesome job on a successful real estate team. When she branched out on her own, I was impressed with her drive and compassion as a solo realtor. I needed someone aggressive that cared about my needs and wants when it came time to sell one of my properties. Karey was the only agent that came to mind. She had us under contract in less than 24 hours, even while she was on vacation. The process was professional, fast, and easy. She works hard for her clients and uses the newest technology to make everything run as smoothly as possible. I am beyond grateful for what Karey has done for me. She goes beyond the extra mile(s)... Even from Ireland!

ZillowVERIFIED WOW!!!!! Karey is absolutely amazing! She is a "go getter'. She was showing our house the day after we signed with her. And then the next 3 days in a row after that! Sometimes 2 or 3 times in a day. So, within 4 days she had an offer and a back-up offer for us. And then her service and communication after that was just as amazing, all the way through closing. And she is so fun and personable that we now consider her and her husband friends. If you choose Karey as your agent, you will be very happy!!!!
