I told her that my fiancA(C) was very picky about where she wanted to live and what she wanted and karen helped us find just that. Once we found our home, she had a few friends that helped us get all the FHA inspections done and or had fixed to the standard, she even knew a guy to help us get our roof done at a very reasonable price! She doesnt take crap from no one even the people that are hard to deal with! I would recommend her to anyone! ZillowVERIFIED Stop, this is the only review you need to read, pick Karen!!! From moment one Karen was the best realtor! A++++++ We interviewed a few realtors before going with Karen after a friend recommended her. The other realtors we're too busy not returning our calls or putting us on hold for long periods... just not responsive enough for us. Then there was Karen... From day 1 she was amazing. Always in touch with us. In this market, you have to have a "johnny on the spot" realtor, too competitive and fast moving to have someone that can't be bothered. We were in contact constantly. If there was a house we wanted to see, we were in it within 24 hours (even if she had to come straight from the barn). She was our advocate and had no problem being completely honest and down to earth with us. She made looking easy and fun. We now have the perfect home for life for our little family because of how fast she moves and how she can fight for her buyers. She handled my controlling Type A personality with grace and never batted an eye. Sorry again for the 2 am texts ;) I learned a lot from her and appreciate her more than she knows. Will never recommend another realtor.... Thanks again Karen for being perfect for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen was get throughout the whole process. She got me the deal I wanted at closing. I had a repair list that the sellers agreed upon, and one of them was water getting into the basement from the well access cap. But with that, it needs to be raining to tell. The other realtor, not naming names, would not provide receipts or proof the work was done. I was supposed to close Monday morning, and that weekend before we had heavy rain. With how shady the other realtor was being, I knew something was up. In the 11th hour, Karen was able to get me a last minute walk through. And what do you know, the basement floor was wet. Karen set up a contractor to come out the following morning and look at what was needed to be done. With her help, we were able to work out a deal with the sellers that I was satisfied with. I can't thank her enough for everything.

Every time I found a house I wanted to check out she got me in right away, sometimes the same day. I wouldnt have got the house I finally bought if it wasnt for Karen. I loved the house but before I could make an offer they had already accepted one. Karen knew I loved the house and kept an eye on it and sure enough the deal fell through and I was able to make an offer on it as soon as it was back on the market.
