I gew up in a community less than 30 miles outisde of NYC. It was a rosust community that was very conneceted with small business on Main st. I became an advocate for the community and its historic homes and lifestyle the town provided. Selling the town was easy, I felt it sold itself, and location is everything.
I am a certified Resort and Second Home Specialist. I managed propeties for out of town clients in our historic community, and have a very keen understandning on investments in our city as well as the benefits of investment for a second or thrid home at our beach community, Tybee.
