Review Karen Wilkinson is terrific! We had never used a realtor to sell a house before so we weren't sure what to expect. She was very patient and explained the whole process to us- some aspects more than a few times. She helped us sell our home right as the market started changing against us- our home's Zestimate was dropping, values of comparable homes were dropping, interest rates kept increasing, and we were heading into winter. We put our house on the market in 2022, a year when the Fed raised interest rates a whopping 7 times- from 0.25% up to 4.50%. On top of all this, we asked her not to hold open houses because of our exposure to a serious COVID infection the year before. Despite these challenging market conditions and limitations, Karen stayed positive, kept us realistic, and she got our house sold in about 4 months. Karen clearly had years of experience and was knowledgeable about our town. Karen always dressed, and carried herself, professionally whether she was just with us or showing the house to potential buyers. She gave us clear, knowledgeable advice on staging our home, and she utilized an excellent photographer who produced professional stills and a creative video. We would heartily recommend her to anyone without reservations. Even in the months after the sale, she's kept in contact with us several times to see how we were doing and settling in to our new state.

Review This realtor will put in the work. One of the first houses we asked her to show us, she rightfully steered us away from visiting (we somehow missed that it was near a train track). She was in tune with what we wanted, even if we, the sellers, weren't. She helped us they our stubbornness and indecision, kept us at our budget, and made sure that we closed without having to dig into our pockets. We would recommend her to admitting looking to buy, and if she's somehow in the business 30 years from now, we would use her again.

His home is fifty-five years old and had been neglected for the last twenty years as his health started to fail. I needed advice on which improvements to make to his home and whether or not they would add value by making them. Karen Wilkinson exhibited knowledge of the market and because she had experience in flipping homes, she was the perfect professional with which to consult about renovations and updating. Karen also helped me find the other professionals needed i.e.; Estate Sales, and charitable organizations interested in donations. Karen was so patient throughout the home-improvement ordeal and when the house was finally ready for sale, she hired a professional photographer to produce wonderful pictures of our home. She needed and easily obtained assistance with the Open House, and we were entertaining offers within five days, and ten days later we accepted an offer. Review We put our house on the market and within 3 weeks sold our property we weren't concerned about finding a bigger property in our price range but Karen was able to find what we needed right away in the price range we needed and got everything taken care of ASAP every time we called with information or questions as we ran into some problems with both deals she always got back to us on time we ended up needing inspections done needed help with certain things she was able to get in contact with certain people for us and went the extra mile always for us I would highly recommend her to anyone that was looking for a realtor she is amazing what she does and extremely professional
