Review After my friend's death, I was tasked with handling his estate, including selling his home. Lori and the Wilkins Way were invaluable in the process, including preparing the house (which was in rough shape) for market, and helping the buyer when the deal almost fell apart because she could not procure home owner's insurance. Lori stepped in diligently and was able to push all the right buttons to help the buyer (not her client) and me cross the finish line in a relatively short time.

Review Most recent experience with Kendall was 2024. We have actually used him in the past and were excited to work with him again. Kendall was an absolute life saver! He gave us the most perfect recommendations on how to prepare our house for sale. We listed our home on Sunday and it was sold on Tuesday! Then, as the sale was going through, there were many issues that came up but Kendall was on top of them and handled each challenge as best he could before involving us. Review Karen Wilkins by far our favorite agent to date!There's a reason you see lots of Karen Wilkins for Sale signs in Waterford Lakes/East Orlando. Karen's expertise helped us sell our home well over asking with 5 offers after 2 days of having an open house. Preparation for selling, staging for the home photos and open house we couldn't of done without Karen. You can rest easy knowing Karen knows the right people to call to get your home ready for sale. When it came time to write our contract Karen knew with kids mid school year we needed extra time to close. She added a clause to allow us for an additional 30 days to close to the routine 30. At negotations with 5 offers all over asking she made sure the buyers understood going forward that our roofs age would not be an issue with the inspection and closing. Karen then asked the final offers be a certain amount well over our asking. Needless to say with the home sale being well over asking price we could not of had the sale of a limetime without Karen!

When sellers were giving us problems with our offer, they stuck with us and provided the seller information why they should consider our bid.
