ZillowVERIFIED We cant speak highly enough of our experience with our real estate agent, Deborah Siobhainn Lopez a member of the RE/MAX COUNTRY REALTY in West Milford, New Jersey. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Siobhainn, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. Her honesty and hands-on (she even crawled into creepy attics to check insulation with me!), approach really helped to take the pressure off of us. Throughout the past several months Siobhainn has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are so appreciated by us. I never felt that she was just trying to sell us a house, but that she was a mentor to answer our questions and help us to make the best decision for our family. Many of the times we meet to see listings we had to bring our 2 daughters, (at the time a 7 month baby and a 2 year old) they loved her, she was super patient and playful with them. Our oldest daughter still asks about Siobhainn to this day. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the one and ended up in a bidding war, Siobhainn walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was an unconventional approach but it worked so we thought- the whole time while waiting to see if we could get ?the home of our dreams?, Siobhainn just kept saying - ?If it doesn?t work out...it?s not meant to be?. Sure enough it did not workout and we had to keep searching. We were heartbroken but Siobhainn was determined to find us the perfect home and we thank her for that every day! Siobhainn found the home of our dreams, a million times better than the first house we originally put an offer on. We could not be happier with our home. It still feels like a dream that we live in this house. We now consider Siobhainn a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone that is searching for a new home, she went above and beyond any and all expectations we had when we first dove into this adventure. ZillowVERIFIED I dont believe we would have been able to sell our house without Karen. Knowledgeable, hardworking, accessible, helpful, honest. Our house failed a septic test and, because of its location and todays environmental requirements, replacement was very complicated. Karen knew the process, knew the companies, and was able to guide us through the process, and take on matters herself that would be would be out of the usual realtors scope. With another agent we might have ended up forced to delist the house, or sinking tens of thousands into a home that then would not sell.
