Karen helped us sell my moms condo. She was able to get a very good price for it, but more important, she went above and beyond what was expected. She helped us prepare the apartment for sale, reminded us what we needed to take care of, and made the sale as worry free as possible, all in the middle of the COVID pandemic! If youre looking for a a great realtor, look no further... Not only does Karen know her trade inside and out, but as a person, you will not find a more detailed, caring, dedicated realtor who works hard to make sure that ALL your needs are met. When my family decided to take a job opportunity on the West Coast, Karen worked very hard to find a tenant to rent our home, which only took 2 weeks. After 2 years of rental, we decided to sell our home, and we of course decided to use Karen as our listing agent. During this time, unfortunately we had to make some major repairs to the home, which she offered to manage since we live on the West Coast. She helped find reliable workers, who stayed in our budget, she consistently communicated with progress reports and although winter is not the greatest time to sell a home, she stayed 100% committed to the cause, and recently sold our home for a great price that we were very happy with. With zero hesitation, I recommenced Karen to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Siobhainn was a pleasure to work with. I had to sell the house I grew up in, felt emotionally attached to. My Mother and Father lived in the house for 50+ years. I now live in Florida and havent seen the house in about 5 years. Ended up putting 30+ thousand into the house based on Siobhainns recommendation. I was very sceptical at start. Siobhainn assured me it was the right choice. The construction was overseen by her. Sent pictures threw the whole process and kept me com. Got the price I needed for the house ??. Now my mother has no worries. If I ever for any reason need a realtor anywhere near her I wouldnt hesitate to use her again.
