ZillowVERIFIEDWe sold our family home with Karen, and she did an outstanding job. She helped us every step of the way. We were out of town much of the time, and she was our eyes and ears through the whole process, recommending contractors, overseeing work, and communicating clearly and effectively throughout. She got us an excellent price and the process was smooth and professional. Highly recommended.
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren was helpful navigating through the countering offers on the house. She helped us by knowing the local demand and providing us recommendations! She is very professional and responsive during the process.
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren is absolutely wonderful! I was absent during the entire sales process as I had already moved away. She stepped in and arranged for painting inside and out, redoing the hardwood floors, mowing the yard, forwarding my packages to me, and much more. Karen went above and beyond to ensure that the house was in perfect shape when it was listed. She also determined the best list price and I ended up getting two offers above asking price (and above my expectations) with no inspection contingency. Plus, she is a delightful person to be around. I never write reviews for anything but Karen really helped me.
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren was recommended to us and we also give Karen the absolute highest recommendation to anyone buying or selling property! She is a total package of high-energy professional with a thorough understanding of the market, the buying/selling process with a willingness to do the very best for her clients with compassion, humor and the highest ethical standards. She kept us updated each step in the process and was always available to answer questions. She listened to our concerns and kept our best interests in the forefront at all times, making the whole process as smooth and pleasant as possible! Karen became a friend to us; she brought us snacks, worked along with us on ANYTHING we needed to do and even helped us pack and clean our cottage before closing. She is unflappable and literally did WHATEVER we needed to get us through the process. Her most used words are what can I do to help? We couldnt have found a better person to sell our property! There just arent enough words to express our gratitude to Karen!
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren was absolutely fantastic! She is professional, friendly, efficient and genuinely a warm person. She kept us updated every step of the way. We have moved out of state and she went out of her way to help us while we couldn?t be there by meeting with the water department to get a current meter reading and repair the meter. She recommended a fabulous person to remove what we left behind and clean our house. We couldn?t have asked for a better real estate person!
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren went above and beyond in every aspect of selling my Moms house. She was considerate and compassionate in helping us as we worked through some very tough decisions, and she provided all kinds of solid advice to get the house ready for market. We were surprised that, even in the slowest part of the real estate year, there were several showings. Ultimately, the house sold in very short order, and my brother and I were most pleased with the selling price. I cant write enough good things to convey our gratitude and satisfaction with Karens kindness, professionalism and dedication. She truly exceeded our expectations!
ZillowVERIFIEDI relocated to the Syracuse area for a Job and even with unforeseen delays we got into the house just one week after the 2 month closing we targeted and it was because she was on top of everything that needed to happen. She helped us find the perfect neighborhood for our children and the perfect home. In one of the hottest market too. Houses sold in days, even hours in late 2021, so luck wasn?t all we needed to get the house we needed a great agent and we got one of the best. Thank you Karen!
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren is the consummate professional--she has a wealth of knowledge about the Syracuse real estate market and an informed and practiced eye at noticing the positive, and not so positive, features of a property. Karen work tireless with me for more than a year ( through numerous bidding wars), and her negotiating savvy was instrumental in my successful purchase of a home. Karen was highly creative in addressing my limitations as an out-of-state buyer. She took me on many a virtual tour and served as reliable eyes and ears for me. When I finally set foot in my house, I felt as if I knew it from top to bottom. On top of everything, Karen is a joy to work with. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to buy property in the greater Syracuse area.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe interviewed three realtors and chose Karen because of her local knowledge, experience and willingness to work hard. Our family house is 60+ yrs old and needed some TLC to say the least. She helped us through each step and advised along the way. We put it on the market just as it was turning from Hot to uncertain, but we got it done. Our home is now in the hands of the right buyer. Thank you Karen.
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren is top notch and second to none. She was very professional and followed up on every detail. I would highly recommend her without hesitation. She worked tirelessly for me to move the sale ahead and never stopped until it was closed.
