ZillowVERIFIED What I appreciated most about working with Karen as a first-time homebuyer was her consistent communication. She would regularly check in via text, phone call, and email to make sure that we were feeling comfortable and were completing all necessary steps. She was also able to refer us to local resources that met our unique needs with the home we purchased. Would highly recommend Karen Tetzlaff!

ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience working with Karen to purchase our first home. I felt like she took time to understand what we were looking for and wanted to make sure we were able to get all of our "must-have's" when considering what we were making an offer on. She was always super responsive to our questions and very proactive in her communication throughout the process. As first-time home buyers we felt confident with Karen working on our behalf.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen was one of the first Real Estate Agents that we worked with that actually understood what we were looking for. Her local knowledge of the area helped us find the house we have been searching for over the last 3 years. She always answered any questions or worries we might have had during the purchase period.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen is the exact combination of professional, personable, and knowledgable that you want in a realtor. She walked us through every aspect of our sale from advice on what to fix before listing, staging, managing showings, walking through negotiation and then running the closing. This was our first time ever selling a house so it was really important to us that we had a trusted advisor for all stages of the process and Karen delivered.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen was awesome. She helped us buy our first home. Karen embarked on a 6 month journey as we looked at many houses until we found the right one. She showed patience and a lot of knowledge about homes in the Madison and surrounding area.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer Karen was extremely helpful and patient with us. She responded quickly to any inquiries we had and really listened to what we were looking for in a home even when we had a hard time articulating it. After finding our home she worked to make sure it was as safe as possible, by writing a new roof and radon mitigation into our contract. We could not be happier with our new home! If you are looking for a home in Mount Horeb, Karen is an excellent choice because she is really involved in the community here and is extremely knowledgeable about the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen was wonderful through the entire process. She was knew exactly what was needed through every step in the process. Even more importantly it was very evident that she knows the area well and has built a strong network of relationships with other agents and clients which was key in us being able to find our home. ZillowVERIFIED It was a sheer joy to work with Karen! From the start, she partnered with us to make certain we found the home that suited our needs and desires. For many reasons, this was an emotional move for us...and not one made out of necessity. Karen was a great listener, a bit of a counselor and of course, especially patient and kind. She was also extremely knowledgeable and an expert in the field of real estate. I would highly recommend Karen Tetzlaff to anyone and everyone!
