ZillowVERIFIED Karen did a good job helping me reach closing. She was very helpful with all the little processes. While viewing homes, she was helpful in suggesting homes I might like but she didn't provide much input or information regarding the area, details/drawbacks of a house, etc. unless you specifically asked about it. I understand various buyers want various levels of advice and guidance, but her responses, guidance, and advice was not as forthcoming as I would have liked. That being said, she was knowledgeable and helpful, I'd recommend her to others.
