She held an open house on a Saturday afternoon and by evening there were two offers and by Monday the offers got better and we closed a few days later. Through out the process she would check in on me everyday and I really didn't mind at all. A few days past and she showed up with a check. At the time I had no bank account and she was willing to drive me to a bank, it was too late to go that day and she offered to drive me the next morning (that's about 45 minutes one way). That was above and beyond for sure! I was very impressed with her caring and willingness to help. She even helped me find an apartment! Wow!!!
