ZillowVERIFIEDKaren was very easy to work with. We told her what we were looking for and she immediately went searching and found us homes to look at and worked around our schedule to do walkthroughs. Once we decided on a home, the buying process she provided made it easy. Very informative and clear communication throughout the whole process.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen sold my parents' home a number of years ago. She was very professional, great at communicating, and made the transition run extremely smoothly! My parents moved to Assisted Living and Karen was gracious enough to come to them to consult with them, obtain signatures, etc.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I retired recently and needed to sell both our business property and our home before moving north to our retirement home. Karen listed both properties for us and did an excellent job finding buyers for both! She held our hand and walked us through the process with patience and expertise. We were kept informed at all times and given advice on how to get the most for our properties. Karen is top notch!

ZillowVERIFIED Karen made buying a condo and selling our home completely stress free during the pandemic. She is responsive at all times - day & evening, weekends. Her ability to get immediate access to the condo we were interested in is the primary reason we were able to purchase the property. We strongly recommend her to friends when asked about our experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen was an outstanding realtor to work with. Once I told her what I was looking for, she had several options available right away. I found one I liked and she got me one of the first showings! My offer was quickly accepted. She walked me through the process and made it super easy!

ZillowVERIFIED Karen helped us purchase our home when we needed to get out of a rental and into a house on a tight schedule. The process was flawless. Karen knows the industry well and directed through the steps we needed to get from the initial contact to the final purchase. We appreciate her knowledge and honesty from the entire process and would not hesitate to use her services again.

ZillowVERIFIED I met her years ago to tour a home that I was thinking of purchasing. That home didn't work out but I knew that Karen would be the one to call when the time came. Last year, I used her to buy two homes. She is patient and will ensure that you make smart decisions and know the facts. I recommend her to everyone!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend using Karen when you are involved in any real estate transaction. She helped me sell two different properties and both transactions were flawless! One property was a rental and because of her expertise, the purchase price was 40% higher than what I was expecting. Use a professional and you get results!

ZillowVERIFIED Karen has helped us sell one home and purchase two homes personally (and even more including immediate family) and I wouldnt purchase/sell a home without her help. She is amazing, super helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. I look forward to working with her in the future and I have and always will recommend her to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED We bought a house through Karen a number of years ago and we would highly recommend her. She is honest and ethical in her work, and we felt safe knowing she would look out for our best interests. She deals fairly with both buyer and seller and helped us find a house that fit what we were looking for while also staying within our price range. Karen always listened to our ideas of what to look for, but also helped steer us in the right direction for what would be best for our family and budget. If you're looking for a realtor with both integrity and business savvy, Karen is the one for you.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen walked us through the process of buying our first home with the heart of a teacher. She didn't put us in a box, and helped us learn what to look for and why. Karen made herself very available to us, and was quick to answer our questions, no matter how basic. We love our home and would high recommend Karen if you are looking to live in the Racine Area!

ZillowVERIFIED My 88-year old mother moved from Wisconsin to South Carolina to stay with us. Prior to departure, we listed her house with Karen Sorenson. All details except the listing were handled remotely. Karen was extremely helpful throughout the process with friendly and professional advice, guidance, and execution. As the move and sale of her home was a stressful time for my mother, I was especially pleased that the entire transaction, begun in late November just prior to the busy holiday season, was completed by mid-April. For Karen, there should be more than a five-star option!

ZillowVERIFIED If you're lucky enough to get Karen Sorenson as your agent do it, do it now! She handled everything top notch on our sale. We had already relocated and we had no problems handling our sale 1000 miles away. She kept us informed and up to date on what we needed to do. The paperwork on our sale went smoothly. She really knew the values of the area and was honest about our expectations. I feel we got the best price for our home and was satisfied with the transaction. I would definitely ask Karen to act as my agent again.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen Sorenson addressed every concern and answered all questions competently as the buying agent. Additionally, the sellers lost their cat on closing day. It was hiding in the house. Despite having a cat allergy, Karen safely rescued the cat after many attempts. She has a heart of gold and went far beyond the call of duty to have a smooth real estate transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen helped us purchase two houses. One rental unit and one residence. Both purchases went smoothly even though one turned out to be a complicated foreclosure. We are happy with both houses.
