ZillowVERIFIED Karen was the best realtor I have ever worked with or even heard of! My brother and I needed to sell our parents' home, our childhood home, in Northborough. Since we both live out of state, the logistics were quite challenging. Karen helped us every step of the way--pricing the property to sell, letting us know what we needed to do, letting contractors into the home, hiring service providers and handling all of the last minute closing requirements. She is incredibly well networked in the area. She even found someone to plow the driveway the day after a big snowfall so an inspector could get into the house. Karen is kind, matter of fact, experienced and very efficient. We appreciated her immediate response time when we had questions. Our closing could not have gone more smoothly.

Karen guided us through the preparation process and gave great advice. The brochure and website she prepared were of high quality and very professional. She was very savvy in the various outlets used to market the house. We had a difficult buyer and challenging negotiation process. Based on Karen's advice we got the house on the market early in March and had a buyer almost immediately. Karen also guided us through the buying process and again, she listened to our needs and took us to several communities to look at available properties. Once we found our next home, Karen was skillful in negotiating on our behalf and helped us navigate the process of obtaining a home inspection and finding other contractors that we needed.
