ZillowVERIFIED I bought a house that I love from Karen but I would not recommend her. Being her client from Out-of-state was a challenge, and it showed when she wouldnt show me specific houses I was interested in. I made the time to come to Cincinnati and expected to spend most of the day looking at perspective houses. She would not give me that same respectful time, once she even sent her husband to show me a house because she aEURoecouldnt be botheredaEUR?. She was very disappointing. Being a first time home-buyer I felt that I was constantly being put down and not worth her time. If you are seeking a dedicated agent I would not recommend her. Another reason I giving her such a low rating is because she would only show me houses in a certain section of Cincinnati and refused to budge from those locations, I found out later from her that she had rental properties in those areas. THOSE SAME AREAS SHE WAS PUSHING ME TO OVER BID ON. Yes, she convinced me that I had to over bid up to $20,000 over asking price in order to get the house. I found that extremely strange. What kind of realtor says you need to over bid and then says they own rental properties in the area? It seems like she only wanted clients to offer over the asking price to help raise property value where she owned. I found it EXTREMELY unethical. I did buy a house from her, but I wish I had bought my first home with someone I trusted. When it came to negotiation on my house she made it clear she wasnt on my side because her friend was selling the property. Please be careful. Interview your realtors and make sure they are on your side, because Karen probably isnt. On that note I will say that I do like my house, but I also wonder what could have been... and I dont want anyone else to feel that way.

ZillowVERIFIED We moved to Texas 4 years ago leaving our home in Maineville Ohio in the hands of a rental management company at that time which turned into a horrible experience pepole renting the house basically trashed everything when we eventually got them to move out of the property they disconnected the sump pump along with ripping the wiring out of the battery back-up system which intimately ended up causing significant damage to the finished basement, house was left in filthy state all carpets runined, all rooms needed to be repainted, New garage door, dishwasher etc, etc needless to say this all ended up costing multiple thousands of dollars to rectify all these issues to get the house fit for sale, Karren was there through the whole process providing sound advise guiding our decisions to help rectify all the damages quickly and cost effectively. During this whole process Karren was supportive and always acted with the utmost profesilisim taking calls all hours of the day assisting with finding contractors etc needless to say I don't think we would have realized the price achieved if it hadn't been for Karen. If you are looking for a honest, true to her word realtor then go no further.

A relative recommended that I list with Comey Sheppard. I listed with them and found that communication, market knowledge, recommendations about presenting the condo, and attitude got immediate positive results. Karen had my best interest in mind and renegotiated a price higher than what I was anticipating.
