Karen was very supportive during this frustrating time of open houses and other realtors showing our house who had no knowledge of what was included. She put little notes all over the house pointing out things that would be easily missed. We loved this home and wanted buyers who would also love it like we did...and that could only happen if they were looking for the features we had installed. During this time, Karen reassured us that there was someone out there that would want these things and she was right. We are so thankful for her and her expertise in the real estate market. In addition, my daughters have worked with Karen in purchasing their homes. Karen is very conscientious, she stays in touch on a regular basis and has the patience of a saint when it comes to dealing with difficult clients.I myself am a very difficult client to deal with when selecting a home, and Karen has always listened to my requirements, and has not wasted my time in showing me homes that do not meet the criteria I have given to her. She's available on your timetable. She took us to see homes "we" were interested in viewing. She never tried to influence our decision, stressing to us the importance of choosing wisely and not settling for any old thing.I had a VA loan, so when we went to see a home, she searched for key points for passing a VA inspection.When we finally made our decision, Karen was quick to react. She did all the work, kept us on the mortgage company's timeline, and provided us with copies of everything keeping us totally a breasted of all situations. If you want an agent who is constantly on the phone and not really into what is presently going on, Karen IS NOT for you!I've had many 1st experiences in my lifetime which weren't enjoyable, but this one DOES NOT fall into that category.Karen was recommended by a military friend, but I would recommend her to everyone!

ZillowVERIFIED I am a first time buyer. Not only am I likely to recommend her, I already have. In my opinion, Karen was very knowledgable, which made understanding many aspects a lot easier for me. She was honest with me throughout the whole process and that alone is 5 stars. I picked average for local knowledge only because she wasn't usually in that area. The area I was looking in wasn't a close drive for her but she always made the extra effort to show me not only the homes i requested but also more homes she found in the area meeting my interests. Her responsiveness was remarkable. I would send her an address one day and we were looking at it the next. Another aspect I was very fond of is Karen NEVER put in an offer until I gave the final say. I always felt like I was in charge; Not as though someone else was trying to make the decisions for me or push me into making decisions I wasn't comfortable with. If I were great at remembering details, there would be so much more to say. All in all, she made me feel like a person and not a paycheck.
