We had worked with two other realtors before being matched with Karen to help us find a home in Worcester. She met us a couple times later in the evenings for showings as well as made the time to travel with us to a couple different homes on the weekend! When our offer was accepted on the home, she was very communicative between us and the seller's agent and made things go smoothly.
