ZillowVERIFIED I asked Karen Rollings to find me a 1 bedroom apartment for $800,000 max in DC/MD (this agent was representing you directly at the time) - she emailed me back saying (and I quote) "I've hit a wall. Is there a reason why your budget is so low? That area is rough." I have never been more disrespected in my life. Find another broker, do not use her services. She's not trying to find you your dream home, she just want to sell you whatever she has that's easiest for her to show.

We had a very unique and difficult property with acreage, multiple buildings and problems. They went above and beyond to help with problems with the well, septic and the pool. Kelly even helped us figure out a problem with a pool cover. They did all of this with professionalism, kindness and good nature.

The photographer she sent over took such beautiful pics of our home, I briefly thought twice about going on the market at all. We had FOUR showing within 24 hours of putting our house on the market and an offer within 24 hours. She was an advocate for us during contract negotiations and sent over experienced contractors to help make requested repairs. Finally (and maybe most importantly!) she was a helpful and reassuring ally to have throughout the sale process. I could not recommend her more highly--we are extremely pleased!

I came to Karen because she had sold my parents home and helped them move into a beautiful condo. In her work with them, she showed the perfect balance of attentive ear and wise counsel. She even noticed an error in the closing documents that saved my parents thousands of dollars. My own experience as a first-time buyer in my late twenties was similarly stellar. Karen was confident, dedicated and sincere. She and her team found many listings surrounding my exact specifications and identified new options when I waffled and looked for new neighborhoods.
