ZillowVERIFIED Karen went well beyond our expectations, we initially had another realtor and the answer to almost every question or change in the listing we wanted to make was 'NO'. Karen's was 'YES'. She presented the house with the highlights we desired as well as hers. While the previous broker had 2 showings in 8 months, Karen had close to 10 in 5 1/2 months and a contract in 6, all this in the off season. Extremely responsive to emails and questions, knowledgable to the area and able to get the contract fulfilled as she said she would. On a side note, our house had its shortcomings and Karen went to other brokers to get THEIR suggestions as well in how changes in the listing may help. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent, buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED I always wanted to own a house. I've never owned one, let alone knew how to buy one. Then,came Karen. WOW, and I can't stress this enough. I had no I idea, where to look for the house, what to look for, once we were at the showings. Usually you schedule an appointment to see three houses a day, but, because, I had travel from Brooklyn NY, it was a three hours drive, it was a burden for me, not to mention the travel expenses. Karen showed me five to six houses per day. She understood, and took action. She fought hard to convince sellers to except my offers. I have never lived in Pennsylvania before, so when I actually bought a home, naturally it needed some work. I did not know who to turn to. Karen supplied me with all the phone numbers.
