Karen is the Best! Karen responded quickly, 99% of the time it was the same day, to all of my questions and requests. She did not leave a stone unturned in getting information. She is highly motivated. Her video walk-throughs were supported with very useful commentary. I felt confident in the condition of the home before purchasing it sight unseen. She had solutions to all of the closing problems, and smoothed the processes with the title and mortgage companies.
