ZillowVERIFIEDI used Karen because she was a friend of the family. Karen was to list a large track of land for me. She kept telling me she had to talk to interested parties but I never heard back about any of these interested parties. and it was coming on 3 weeks since we signed a contract. I simply shared my concern about not being called back when Karen would tell me she would call me and she got very upset and sent me a very inappropriate voicemail. I then got upset and she ended our relationship, so now I have to start over! And she only has one other listing, so I couldnt understand why she kept putting me off. Very disappointed!
