Karen did a great job in helping us get our property listed and sold! She was the same realtor that helped us find this home over 10 years ago and we have been extremely happy here, so having to downsize and move quickly due to my spouses health issues has been a stressful time. I was so worried and overwhelmed with not knowing what needed to be done to sell as fast as possible. I started with one call to Karen and she worked side-by-side with me each week to lay out steps we needed to take. She even helped me find a solution in a bridge loan that allowed us to buy another home and move BEFORE we sold our home! By doing that, we were able to clean out our home so we could easily clean, paint and get it ready to sell. Karen never pushed us and was there to offer advice and encouragement every step of the way. She even got us more money than we expected! Her Christian values gave me hope and trust in the process and we sold our house in just a little over a month after it was listed. She also has many contacts that are trustworthy and reasonable for repairs a home might need. We are extremely happy with the service Karen provided and how easy she made it for us to just focus on cleaning and moving while she took care of selling! I highly recommend Karen to help anyone, whether you are buying or selling a home! As a side note...when she helped us buy this home 10 years ago, we were so wishy washy on what we wanted that it took 8 months of showing us houses until we found the right one. Karen was so patient and never gave up on us, so we have had an awesome 10 years in the home she just finish helping us sell. Now it is time for a new chapter in our lives and Karen's patience, grace, knowledge, skills in realty and trust in God has helped us end one chapter and start a new one. Thank you, Karen!

I used Karen because she was a friend of the family. Karen was to list a large track of land for me. She kept telling me she had to talk to interested parties but I never heard back about any of these interested parties. and it was coming on 3 weeks since we signed a contract. I simply shared my concern about not being called back when Karen would tell me she would call me and she got very upset and sent me a very inappropriate voicemail. I then got upset and she ended our relationship, so now I have to start over! And she only has one other listing, so I couldnt understand why she kept putting me off. Very disappointed!

We were about to give up on closing on our home because our realtor was not communicating with us. Karen was representing the sellers. She contacted us and helped us through some of the difficult steps that were needed for us. Thankfully everything worked out well for both parties and we were able to purchase our home.
