Throughout, the land purchase process, she consistently exceeded the expectations of any real estate agent with whom we?ve ever been associated. I must point out, that our transaction involving the land occurred in Spokane, WA while we were living in Port Orchard, WA more than 400 miles away. Karen is exceptionally knowledgeable in her chosen profession. Her professionalism, conscientiousness, and quality of work are the best we ever have encountered and we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking unmatched expertise and professionalism in real estate transactions. ZillowVERIFIEDI have known Karen ODonnell now for about 7/8 months. In that time frame, she has gone out of her way to assist with everything we could possibly need while buying/building our new home. She helped coordinate the floor plan editing and came up with ideas we wouldnt have thought of and as it turns out, we like her edits better than the original floor plan. She has been on top of our build project from the beginning. There were some problems with our construction project and she tackled every one of them head on... some of them we didnt even know about until after she had them resolved. Karen is the best realtor I have ever worked with. If I ever need the services of a realtor in the future, there is only one person I will call. Karen is the absolute best of the best!

ZillowVERIFIEDKaren is a wonderful agent. My husband and I are somewhat opposite of each other so our ideas for the perfect house doesnt match. This doesnt bother Karen at all nor stop her for finding great houses to show us. She has been been very patient with us since we are first time buyers. Although we are still looking for a house, I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a house.
