She has an incredible knowledge of all of the properties within the Mohawk Valley. She goes out of her way to be responsive, be available, and to seek out properties fitting your needs. She pays attention to what you are looking for - she is not a Realtor who is going to try and sell you property that is not even close to what youve asked for just for the sake of making a sale. She negotiates on your behalf to get you the best deal possible - her knowledge of the current market value of properties makes the negotiation process as low stress as possible. Weve also used Karen as our sellers Realtor. She did an incredible job selling my husbands first home. His home was very old, located on a busy street, and needed a lot of updating. With Karens staging and pricing advice - my husband had 2 offers on his home within one week of listing; one of those offers being a cash offer. His home was sold within two weeks of listing. We have hired Karen again to list our current home for us early in the upcoming new year. We have recommended Karen to friends and family members and have not been disappointed. I was very happy with how the transactions went and when we did run into some minor issues from the inspection Karen was able to guide us through them. One of my pet peeves is when people dont call you back and arent responsive - Karen was wonderful in this regard and I would highly recommend her.
