ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a fantastic experience working with Karen Myatt to both sell our home and buy a new one. From start to finish, she was incredibly communicativeaEUR"always quick to respond and truly listened to our needs and concerns. Buying and selling at the same time can be stressful, but Karen made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication really stood out. We felt supported every step of the way. Were so grateful to have had her on our side and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive realtor.
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren stuck with it untill sold. Helped tremendously with getting us moved out. Items removed and house and carpets professionally cleaned. Thanks for going above and beyond.
ZillowVERIFIEDI met Karen Myatt in 2011 when I decided to move to Murrieta. The first home she showed me is exactly what I told her I was looking for in regards to my needs and expectations. I purchased it and owned it until 2022. When I decided to sell Karen handled the listing and had a buyer within one day & we closed within 30 days. My decision to move back to California was made easier due to Karen's accessibility in showing me several homes within a short period of time. After purchasing my new home her constant "can do" spirit and timely follow-up/interaction with the seller during the escrow period was immeasureable, she always went above and beyond. Not to mention her ever present smile which made the entire process smooth and hassle free. She is a true professional and I'm happy to say has become a close friend over the past 12 years. Thank You Karen!!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe have used Karen to both sell and buy numerous properties (ours, our family's, and our friends), since early 2010's. We have come to refer to her as "The Miracle Worker", because she gets things done that just seem impossible. Karen negotiated things in our sale that we felt were unattainable. Karen is savvy, smart, and knows the industry like no other. Karen is completely assessable to us, and also overly cooperative, knowledgeable, and professional. We cannot say enough good things about our realtor and friend, Karen Myatt. Combined with her husband, Todd, who takes extremely professional photos of our home that also have huge impact on the sale, their team is unbeatable! We highly recommend Karen and Todd Myatt, and will use them for all of our real estate needs.
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren Myatt provided excellent services in the sale of our home. Her experience in guiding us through the process to a successful result was invaluable. Always communicative, Karen was available to us whenever we had to reach out to her. We could always trust Karen would follow through on her word to us; she was encouraging through minor disappointments which are part of the sell process, and her knowledge in her advice was evident. We highly recommend Karen Myatt!
ZillowVERIFIEDI've known Karen since 2006. She's a real gem. Knows the industry inside and out. She has both sold a house for me and helped me buy one. She listens whole heartedly and is upfront about the ins and outs of the entire selling/buying process. She's now like family to me. You can't go wrong with Karen and her husband Todd. I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.
