Ever since we asked her to sell our house, she has always been available to advise us on how best to present it, including arranging for a photographer to take a fine set of pictures. She kept a steady stream of potential buyers looking at the property and worked with us to arrange alternate times for viewings when first choices would have been inconvenient. Karen was never pushy and gave us full freedom to make decisions while always offering us her honest input, which we wanted at all times. Karen is a very good communicator, always keeping us informed, and was always reachable and quick to reply. Karen knows the various inspectors/escrow companies/photographers/etc and advised us well, making for a smooth sales process. Karen also knows the Santa Barbara market well. Karen, my realtor has been there every step of the say with me. From the beginning Karen was great we had a good conversation on what I was looking for and my hard stops and from that point it was amazing. Karen really listen to what I was looking for and didnt try to show me things that didnt meet what I wanted or would force me to consider settling. We saw lots of places and she was always there to answer any and all questions I had, I felt safe in her hands. Now we wrote and lost a couple of offers but we keep pushing and finally found my gem. Then it got really crazy and almost daily it seemed I was texting or calling Karen with questions or issues, and she was so patient with me and really went to bat with the seller on my behalf. Because of her, we are happily in our new home and we received top dollar for our old home. A little about our situation, Karen was the realtor for selling our principal residence in Ventura, CA. Before contacting her, we already had an offer formally accepted for our new house, so we had to move quickly from day one in order to meet all the deadlines. She got our house professionally photographed, listed, and showed in less than a week, and we had 3 offers above asking within 48 hours of listing.
