I just want to say that Karen McLean-Wilson is the most professional and personable agent on the planet. I was trying to get pre-approval from my banking institution, but the agent wasn't local. She pointed me in the right direction and referred a few lenders. I chose one that worked for me and Karen was with me every step of the way! My calls were never unanswered and my questions were addressed immediately. She worked with the other agent until she finally made my dream of ownership happen. I dont know what we wouldve done without Karen and her amazing team. From day one she was prompt, easy to understand, and so helpful. When we couldnt be there to see the house we wanted in person she did a FaceTime tour of the home - pointed out every detail and helped us see every aspect. When our closing became a nightmare due to a horrible mortgage agency she and her team tackled in like a couple of warriors. She never let us down and fought hard for us to get our house. We closed because of Karen and Jenna - there is no doubt in my mind that if we hadnt gone with the Christi Reece Group I wouldnt be sitting in my new home right now. You cannot go wrong with Karen as your realtor!
