ZillowAs first-time homebuyers with little knowledge of how the process works, we couldnt have asked for a better team than our amazing real estate agent Karen and fantastic loan officer Dustin. From day one, Karen guided us with patience and care, putting together a thoughtful lineup of 7 homes. By the time we saw the last one, we just knewaEUR"it was the perfect fit. Dustin made the financing side feel easy and stress-free. He answered all our questions (big and small) and helped us stay confident throughout the journey. We also truly love the neighborhoodaEUR"its peaceful, family-friendly, and the perfect place to raise our children. Thank you, Karen and Dustin. Youve blessed our family in a way well never forget!
ZillowI cannot recommend Ms Karen Malec highly enough and I say this as a first time home owner ! From our very first conversation through the closing of our new home, she demonstrated exceptional professionalism, dedication, and deep knowledge of the real estate market. Karen took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made the entire home-buying process feel smooth, transparent, and even enjoyable. She was always available to answer my questions (no matter how small), provided honest advice, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident at every step. What truly sets her apart is her genuine care for clients. I never felt like just another sale. Karen was truly invested in helping me find the right home, not just any home. Thanks to her hard work and guidance, I found a place I absolutely love, and I couldnt be happier. If youre looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy, and genuinely passionate about helping people, look no further than Karen . I'm incredibly grateful for the experience and will be recommending her to everyone I know!

ZillowKaren knows what shes doing!! She has made every step of this overwhelming process as seamless as possible. She is reliable and responsive. Karen will go to bat to get the best offer/contract she can for you! I cant say enough positive things about having her in your corner.
ZillowKaren is always your girl! She will assist you from the start till finish and even after! Helped me from my search, and we are still friends. Made the process extremely smooth and stress free. I will always have her as my go to person for everything!
ZillowKaren was very professional throughout the sale of our home. She used her experience and knowledge of the market and advised us on how best to sell our home. She was honest throughout the entire process. This is the second time I have had the chance to work with Karen and I have already recommended her to two friends. To be honest its not just about the sale of your home but its also a very emotional time and she takes the time to listen and addresses your concerns. Karen returns your calls and texts very quickly. Honestly, I dont have any negative comments at all.
