We, like most people, do not understand the full process of selling and purchasing a house that we would soon call a home. She patiently and professionally explained all of the steps of the entire purchase & selling of both of our houses. She's incredibly knowledgeable in her profession! I've dealt with realtors before, they're very vague and you have to pull answers out of them so that you understand what is going on! Not with Karen, she explains the entire scenario and lays out, in plain words, what needs to be done! I plan on referring her to anyone who needs to sell or buy a home! She rates a 15 out of 10, she's that good, you, like us, will be grateful that you have her with you to help in your sale or purchase of a home!

If your serious about looking she will work around the clock to help you. She was also great with our crazy work schedules. She even answered questions and worked directly with our mortgage company. I would 100% go back to Karen if I ever needed to buy or sell a home. ????????

ZillowVERIFIED We bought our home on line from a very long distance. Karen was able to meet with our local family members and show them the house. Then she guided us step by step through the process including setting us up with a loan officer. We did not see the house or meet Karen until the day we closed. By the time we finally met, we felt we were meeting a friend!Since we were two time zones away, she spent evening hours answering questions. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant making the whole process very enjoyable.

ZillowVERIFIED if your reading this and have not contacted karen yet please stop reading and call her. any question, concern, or any issue you have she will do everything she can to help you understand,answer questions, or help you come up with solutions for issues. her husband was even kind enough to come to our home and help us figure out how to resolve an issue we had. she always answers the phone even if shes on the phone she will txt you and let you know she is and will call you back immediately. she really cares about people at no point did i feel like she was my real estate agent but more she was a great friend that helped me and my girlfriend get our first home. i will always come back to karen in the future and i recommend anyone looking for a home to go through her. thank you again Karen you were amazing

ZillowVERIFIED Karen was great from start to finish once we let her know what we where looking for she not only got me acquainted with there app she was sending me homes to look over knightly to make the process of choosing very simple for us. When we had problems with our lender she was right there making sure they are getting it straight. So we could move forward. She was very in the know on different aspects of property we where looking at. (Never had a septic or well before and she explained a lot to us from how long I between cleanouts and how to use our softener) we closed almost three weeks ago and yet I called yesterday with ? And she was glad to help. She is a wonderful person and you can see she enjoys helping others to the best of her ability. I could go on and on. She was very kind and helped my family find our dream home with more property then we thought we could get so again thank you very much.
