In our opinion, Our realtor Karen Love is the best.!!!! she treated us like no other, anytime we had questions all we had to do is call or text and all our questions had answers ASAP !! She made the entire stressful process of buying a house with no stress at all !! She was such a blessing to walk into our future house and her standing in the kitchen ! From that day on she was more than a realtor to us, she was our new friend !! Cant ever imagine using anyone else ever again !! Shes stuck with us !!!!Kevin & Jana
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren is knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and most of all, she's honest. She helped me to have a pleasant, non-stressed experience. Karen went above and beyond and I appreciate her and all her efforts.
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren sold our home after we tried to sell it on and off for several years. We are so thankful for her knowledge of the area, her social media skills, and her wonderful reputation with other agents. She worked very hard for us and we came out better than we could have ever hoped for. Do yourself a favor, and go with Karen the first time around!
ZillowVERIFIEDThis past summer I purchased my first home completely on my own. I knew somethings, but as you may know, aEURoewhat you dont know, you just dont know.aEUR? Karen helped me fill all the gaps I had in my knowledge of home buying and was extremely supportive in my quest to get the best deals. She was very knowledgeable about the Mortgage business (seeing as she had previously worked in it), the neighborhoods I was interested in, and the Down Payment assistant program in which I would qualify! She is the reason why I now am in the home of my dreams, in the neighborhood of my dreams, all while spending less on my monthly mortgage than I had at first budgeted for. I hope this gives you a good suggestion for who would be a great choice to work with, seeing as this is your first home purchase!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe meet with Mrs. Love after having a streak of bad luck with another realtor. She was a ray of sunshine and hope for us in our dream of buying a home. Mrs. Love has went above and beyond for our family. She stayed on top of the game at every turn. She stayed in contact with us daily as the market fluctuated. When she found something that had everything we was looking for. She would be in contact immediately for us to look at it. She never gave up. She found us our home before it even hit the market. We was first in and the first to make offer. She is the best. After we placed our offer she continued to make sure we stayed in the loop at every angle. She maintain excellent service. She made us feel like family. I look forward to having you in our future when we hit the next milestone.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a realtor who did not give us the attention we thought we deserved. We decided to make the switch to Karen and she made us feel like we were her only client. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market. I highly recommend Karen to anyone who is selling or buying a home. She cared about me and my family and that meant a lot to us.
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren was awesome at helping my fiancA(C)e and I find a home that suited our needs, and we would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home whether it's your first time buying or not!
