Karen has earned her CRS Designation (Certified Residential Specialist) - which less than 4% of all real estate agents in the nation acquire. This extensive course work demonstrates experience and success in sales, marketing, taxation, mortgages and finance. Karen has also earned her GRI Designation (Graduate Realtors Institute), a 3-year course of study involving listings, sales and real estate investments.
