ZillowVERIFIED Karen worked diligently to find us a home when an unexpected offer was presented to us to purchase our home that was not on the market. When we could not find a replacement property that suited our needs, we kept Karen in mind for a future transaction. When my dad passed and my mom needed to be moved to assisted living, we contacted Karen. She knew our plans were to completely refurbish the house before listing it. Another agent disagreed and said we would not get a return on our investment. We went with our intuitition. When the remodel was completed, Karen held a brokers open and then a couple of open houses. Karen always communicated feedback from interested buyers and realtors. She presented us with a solid contingent offer within 4 months of listing. In a buyers market, and prior to when seasonal buyers are looking, we considered that excellent. In addition, the property was in a trust and Karen and the title company worked in advance to make sure that at the time of an offer there would be no surprises or complications to closing.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen worked with us a long time before we actually bought. It took us time, about 2 years, to become knowledgeable in this very difficult market. In June we made the commitment. She really knows Saddlebrooke, works hard, responds promptly,and gets the job done. Since we were 1500 miles away, she met contractors, unlocked doors, arranged for broken seals on windows to be replaced, etc, etc. When issues came up, such as termite inspections, she remained cool and calm and kept the deal moving. ZillowVERIFIED Karen personally spent several hours to help me clear out and get my home ready to sell. The photos she took really showed the home and yard extremely well. Karen stays abreast on pricing in the Saddlebrooke area and suggested several price drops before my home sold. Given the difficult market conditions, alternative strategies to market in the Oro Valley corporate community might have supplemented the regular channels to sell real estate. Karen did an excellent job of tracking the close of the sale when the buyers' paperwork was delayed. She also gave me a CD of the photos she took which have been helpful with interior decorating in my new location.
