ZillowVERIFIEDKaren worked diligently to find us a home when an unexpected offer was presented to us to purchase our home that was not on the market. When we could not find a replacement property that suited our needs, we kept Karen in mind for a future transaction. When my dad passed and my mom needed to be moved to assisted living, we contacted Karen. She knew our plans were to completely refurbish the house before listing it. Another agent disagreed and said we would not get a return on our investment. We went with our intuitition. When the remodel was completed, Karen held a brokers open and then a couple of open houses. Karen always communicated feedback from interested buyers and realtors. She presented us with a solid contingent offer within 4 months of listing. In a buyers market, and prior to when seasonal buyers are looking, we considered that excellent. In addition, the property was in a trust and Karen and the title company worked in advance to make sure that at the time of an offer there would be no surprises or complications to closing.
