ZillowVERIFIED We met Karen when looking for cabins or property and she was extremely helpful. We found a couple places that we wanted to see and she set the appointments up for us right away and met us out there. Those weren't the ones for us so we kept looking. Then we found the property that seemed to be everything that we were looking for so she set that appointment up for us right away and met us out there. She walked the property with us and had all the paperwork about the property with her. When we were done looking at it she let us know that whatever we needed to just call her. Each time we called she either answered right away or we left a message and she called right back. We decided to buy the property so she worked up all the paperwork and the details and kept in touch with us throughout the whole process. When we had an issue come up and needed more time she even made sure that she got it extended so we could close on the dream property that we have wanted for years. She made sure that we had all the paperwork and all of our questions were answered before we went to closing. On the day of closing she called us in the morning and let us know that she would be there with us and if we had any last minute questions before the closing time to just call her. We actually did have questions and called her a couple times throughout the morning and she made time for us each time we called and answered all of our questions. The time came to close and she met us at the title company and stayed with us to make sure everything went smoothly. We closed without any issues and own the property of our dreams. As we were getting ready to leave she let us know that if we need anything else or have any other questions to just call her. We can't thank her enough for everything that she did for us and we recommend her and will definitely work with her in the future. Sincerely, Theresa V.
