We purchased our home with Karen 7 years ago and she negotiated us a great price and we just sold our house through Karen and once again she was masterful. Our house got 2 offers in less than 5 days on the market and Karen negotiated between the two buyers to get us full asking price! We were out of town sellers too so Karen then coordinated all seller repair demands and any other odds and ends. Her knowledge of local business owners including maintenance repairs, lawn service, cleaning, and other real estate experts proved essential since my family lived so far away and I had to pay for all the odd jobs.
