About Karen Gryszkiewicz

Hi, I'm Karen Gryszkiewicz, Broker Associate with Nova Real Estate Group, brokered by Y Realty.

I've lived in Southeastern Wisconsin my entire life, and I'm proud to serve the communities that have always been home to me.

Helping people and solving problems has been at the heart of everything I've done throughout my life. Whether I'm helping a family buy or sell a home, navigating a challenging transaction, or simply answering questions, I enjoy finding solutions that make the process easier and less stressful. There's nothing more rewarding to me than knowing I've made a difference in someone's life.

I earned a double major in Mathematics and Computer Science from Mount Mary College. That education taught me to think logically, analyze complex situations, and pay close attention to detail-skills I use every day to guide my clients through one of the biggest financial decisions they'll ever make.

I'm also an artist at heart. I enjoy drawing, painting, and creating mixed-media artwork, and I've found that creativity has become just as valuable in my real estate career as my analytical background. I believe the way I approach real estate reflects who I am-combining the analytical mindset of mathematics with the creativity and imagination I've developed through art. That balance helps me solve problems, think outside, inside, and all around the box, and find solutions that best serve my clients.

For me, real estate has never been about simply buying or selling houses. It's about listening, building relationships, earning trust, and helping people achieve their goals with confidence. Every client has a unique story, and I consider it a privilege to be part of that journey.
