ZillowVERIFIEDKaren was very helpful and cooperative. We had an unusual request and found Karen to be understanding and willing to work favorably with our situation. My wife and I felt a high level of trust and felt that Karen had our best interest. She is committed to being fair and getting the deal done. She is experienced and has very good follow through, we recommend her and you will too once she performs for you.
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren is an awesome realtor with valuable knowledge and expertise. She walked me through the sale of my home, encouraging me to stay focused all the way. She established credibility and trust from the very beginning; answered all my questions, explained all the details, and set my expectations accordingly. Karen is very efficient; she stayed on top of everything making this daunting process a success! She's also a caring and compassionate human being. I could not have done this without her!
ZillowVERIFIEDI can't thank Karen enough, for helping us sell our home, Karen is very professional and knowledgeable, she advised us in what we needed to do every step of the way. Karen sold our house in 2 .days from the day she posted it for sale, the closing was a month later. Karen was always on to top of things, providing us with important details, she always answered our calls and messages. Also want to thank Karen for the nice gift she gave us at closing, my husband and I will definitely enjoy it
ZillowVERIFIEDIt was such a blessing finding Karen to assist in the selling of my property. She was so extremely helpful from day one when I called her. She took the time to meet me several times in the beginning guiding me in the right direction on what needed to be done before my house went on the market. The outcome was my house sold in 48 hours once listed. I couldn't believe how smoothly everything went. I owe that all to Karen Gore. I will definitely be reaching out to you again in my future investments in the Central Florida Area.

ZillowVERIFIEDI cant say say enough positive things about Karen regarding her help finding our dream house. She was there with us every step of the way of the home buying process and when the time came to put an offer in, Karen worked her magic. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to make purchasing a home easy (which is saying a lot in this market)!
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren was our 2nd Agent, after already being disappointed working with other agent we were skeptic to begin with. Karen right from the get go was very communicative and responsive over both email/text, since we were out of state buyers that gave us a lot of comfort and made us believe we can do this. She found us several properties to our liking and did tours herself before we decided to fly out to make offers. While in Orlando she took great care of our time since we planned to be there only for 3 days. She found us our dream home on the 2nd day itself and we had one full day to explore mid Florida beaches as well. She worked tirelessly to make sure we go back to California with a contract in our hand. It was an amazing experience. I wish we could find agent like her in California. Icing on the cake was all her referral like home inspection, home loan, home insurance etc were all turned out to be great and we were able to close our escrow with ease. I like to invest in real estate and i would definitely buy again with her sometime next year.
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren is an amazing realtor and was so wonderful to work with to buy our second home. We are out of state buyers and Karen had great communication despite our time differences and always kept us up to date on the process. We toured several beautiful houses and bought our dream home at a great price with Karens hard work and connections to Property Management companies, other realtors, and knowledge of the local area. Highly recommend!
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren went over and above during the sale of my house. I was doing the whole transaction from overseas because of the pandemic. She became my surrogate on site. She provided her expertise in what was most needed to make the property more saleable and she made sure whatever I agreed to do was done. I am deeply indebted to her for all the help she so freely gave. Thank you Karen. Without your experience and guidance, the sale would probably not have been as successful as it was.
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren was incredible to work with she put in 100% from day one until closing day. She was very well prepared and knowledgeable to all questions I had, making me feel less stressed. She stayed on top of all the details and communicated everything with me.

ZillowVERIFIEDKaren was recommended to me. She has a very straightforward and honest communication style which works very well for me because it helps move things along rather quickly and we didn't waste time on unnecessary fluff. With homes selling so quickly in this market it took both of us to search for homes in my price point and requirements. Ultimately, Karen found the listing that we place an offer on. Which led me to close on a home.

ZillowVERIFIEDI've known Karen for approximately 12 years. During that time she has helped me buy and sell multiple homes. With her expertise and knowledge of current market trends she sold my last home in under 30 days and got my asking price. I highly recommend Karen for your real estate needs and will call on her again in the future.
ZillowVERIFIEDThis is our third house Karen helped us sell. Karen is always great to work with. She is honest, shares her advice and provides guidance throughout the process. We found a new build and called Karen last minute to help us negotiate our new contract. She was right there with us at a moments notice. It is always a pleasure working with Karen. Thank you for all your help and advice.

ZillowVERIFIEDI used Karen to sell my home as well as buy a new home. Karen was excellent to work with. Her suggestion for asking price was spot on! My house had multiple offers and sold FAST with a great offer backed by a strong financial buyer. Karen was with me through the entire process in both buying and selling. Her negotiation skills are superb!! She kept me on track with any deadlines, schedules and paperwork related to selling my current home and the purchase of my new home. She was available to me any day, night, weekend, early morning or evening (Even Holidays). There is no other realtor that I would personally recommend other than Karen Gore. THANK YOU KAREN.
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren is a highly motivated go getter who knows how to get things done. We were out- of -state sellers who needed a hands on agent. Working with her gave me a sense of confidence that any issues would be handled in a timely manner, and they were! I would highly recommend Karen for any real estate needs!
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren was great! She helped us to get over-asking on the sale of our home and close smoothly. She way always available to us for questions and had a wealth of information/referrals available to us.
ZillowVERIFIEDOver the course of a few months Karen helped us find the right home for our move to Florida. We considered over 50 different houses in our search and Karen was very helpful to guide our search to meet our needs for location and budget. Karen arranged over 30 visits during our search and was great about escorting us to each home. As we were moving from out of state , we counted on Karen to help evaluate the right neighborhood for our search. We highly recommend Karen.

ZillowVERIFIEDFor selling the home at 1256 Oak St. Occoe FL. Karen has shown her responsiveness, perseverance, and professionalism to make the transaction so effective and smooth. She is the best!
ZillowVERIFIEDA few years ago, I purchased my first home through Karen and she helped me navigate and get through the whole process- When all was said and done, I admired her like a cool aunt (who happens to be a real estate agent!) When life changed and I considered selling my house, cool Aunt Karen came in to the rescue and helped me explore and understand all my options, from an objective, subjective and professional perspective. This required an u fathomable amount of patience and flexibility on her part (I am difficult) but she never broke a sweat. Ultimately, I decided to sell and with Karen by my side, the house received top ranks on Zillow and a full price offer within only a few days of listing. I closed, moved out AND paid off my student loans about a month after. It really could not have gone any better and because Karen helped me do it, I was able to move on with a great sense of pride and contentment, knowing that I made the right choice- and validation, as the house I put so much love and work into, fetched me full price! (Plus, she got me a really sweet beach towel as a closing gift that I have been using every day in South Florida!)
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren made buying a house so easy . Her experience really made the difference. She is very committed to doing the best job she can for her client and really takes a lot of time and caring to make sure you know whats going on. The person who recommended me to Karen told me she was the best and it turned out he was absolutely right. Thank you Karen for helping me get my dream home.
ZillowVERIFIEDI'm updating my previous review, because we have had the pleasure of working with Karen again during the purchase of our new home in east Orlando. Karen is the best, and we would employ her expertise again and again. She is a pleasure to work with, very attentive, a great listener and quite frankly the only person I would consider joining us on this journey again. Thank you again Karen. We are so happy in our forever home. So glad you were with us along the way to help make this happen.
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren stuck with me for nearly a year as I couldn't make up my mind on anything. As a first time homebuyer, I was a bit cautious and had a ton of questions. Karen helped out the whole way. She even got us a housewarming gift!
ZillowVERIFIEDI've had the pleasure of working with Karen for the past several months. She is an absolute work horse. She goes above and beyond for her sellers. On the marketing end, she invests her time, effort and financial resources to do what is right for the sellers, and SHE DELIVERS! Her numbers don't lie. Highly recommend. :) So glad to have met her.
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren helped us sell a house while we lived several states away. After several failed attempts to sell, Karen fortunately was recommended to us. Before going market with Karen as our agent, there were significant repairs that needed to be completed. Karen was our contact on the ground giving us constant updates on progress. We didn't have her managing the repair project, but she went above and beyond to help keep us abreast of progress and how delays could impact our ability to sell. In turn, she helped us move the process forward to meet the goal of getting the home on the market at the right time. Once ready to sell, she instructed us as to how to stage and position the house for the market. Once an offer was received, she took the time to vet the buyer and, more importantly, the buyer's financing and financial status. In the middle of a difficult transaction, she was able to bring provide us with confidence and consistent communication. We would highly recommend others use her for the sale of their home and wouldn't hesitate to use her as our agent to purchase a home were we still in Central Florida.

ZillowVERIFIEDThis woman is a true real estate professional. She tells you what to expect, what she can do for you and then delivers on all promises. Me & my wife had a previous realtor we had to let go. Meeting Karen was a true blessing. If your in the market to buy or sell I would highly recommend working with her. My experience with her ability to do her job and do it in a manner that exceeds your expectations is what you'll get.
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren is always one ahead of the process. She will be sure that all your wants are met. Great attention to client wants and willing to go the extra mile for her client. Second purchase with her and just as happy as the first.
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren helped us locate and buy a house remotely, which we are very happy with. We had three days in town, and we viewed a dozen homes before settling on the one we eventually purchased.
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren was a pleasure to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, straightforward and knows exactly how to get you TOP DOLLAR for your home. Working with Karen felt as if I was her only client. She is involved in every step of the process and communicates exactly what is happening along the way so there is no guess work or blind spots. I would highly recommend Karen to anybody considering selling their home. Thank you Karen!
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren Gore is the best realtor in the state of Florida. She goes far beyond expectations and really strives to meet your needs. She doesn't give up and works constantly to achieve your goals in a timely manner. Phone calls and e-mails are returned promptly. Also when it is time to handle your closing she is right there by your side. Karen stays on top of any issues regarding closing, she makes sure that others are following through which is no easy feat. Also Karens right hand lady, Maggie Welsh is phenomenal. Karen had to go out of town and Maggie was right there for us, you never feel that you have been left hanging. Karen Gore is aces and Maggie is right there with her. Highly recommend and am grateful that we had the opportunity to work with the both of them. Thank you Karen and Maggie for helping us find and move into our dream home. We couldn't be happier!
ZillowVERIFIEDThis is our third transaction made with Karen. She helped us with the purchase of our first home in 2011, helped us to sell it and purchase another home in 2017. During all three processes, Karen made the process very smooth. We felt very personalized dealing with her. She knew what we wanted and helped us to find exactly what we wanted and we LOVE our new place! We would highly recommend Karen as a realtor! She is awesome!
ZillowVERIFIEDThis is our third house purchase with Karen and I can honestly say, I will ONLY work with Karen. She's the most patient individual I've ever met - fun to work with and extremely thorough. I had a complicated sale of my previous home which was in the northeast and Karen worked through all of those complications, instead of my selling agent. She gave my great advice and stayed on top of all of the paperwork for both homes - old and new. Without her help - I 'd have my furniture in storage and I'd be in an apartment right now. Thank you Karen - you're the best ! I've always said that and I have always meant it !
ZillowVERIFIEDWe found Karen to be very knowledgeable about the Real Estate market and professional. Karen was kind and she listened to what we desired in our sell. Karen sold our Townhouse in 5 days for the asking price, and we were able to choose from several offerings before making our decision. Karen met and surpassed all of our expectations. We could not have picked a better Realtor.
