ZillowVERIFIEDWe purchased a home and sold a home with the Goodwins. What I appreciated most was their down to earth approach in dealing with us. We never felt pressured or hurried in any decisions and always offered alternatives or pros and cons of a situation. My opinion is the Goodwins are honest hardworking people who will keep their clients best interest as their top priority. To summarize it was more like working with longtime friends than a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We had our home sold on a For Sale by Owner contract. A week before closing the buyers backed out of the purchase. Team Goodwin listed our home and got it sold within 4 days on the market at a higher price than we had previously sold it for. Team Goodwin is very easy to work with and have a thorough understanding of the real estate market.

Sold my parents house in 2 weeks for a fair price. Easy to work with and answered my questions quickly. They were the ONLY realtor to respond when I was looking for one.

ZillowVERIFIED I bought my first home with the help of Karen and Ron Goodwin. They helped me understand the process and showed great patience with me. While we may not have taken the same approach to every step in the process, they were always willing to answer my (extensive) questions.

ZillowVERIFIED Our son was looking for a house. Karen and Ron were very patient with us and we probably saw 100 houses. They listened to what our son was saying he wanted. They also gave us advice on mortgages. They are very friendly, good-natured, and easy going. I would recommend them to buyers or sellers.

ZillowVERIFIED They know what they are doing. They go out of their way to find exactly what you are looking for. They are very knowledgeable on what is out there. They find what the customer wants not what they want to sell. Great team!!

ZillowVERIFIED Ron and Karen are experts when it comes to looking at and profiling a home to be put on the market. They are available if you have questions that you can not figure out your self. Since I do not have all their knowledge, it is good for me since I can ask at any time. They are friendly and outgoing, and I believe they put themselves out to help me when I need it.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Karen Goodwin if you are looking for a real estate agent. She is very knowledgeable in the real estate industry. I have had Karen both as my seller's agent and buyer's agent and found the experience to be very satisfactory on both accounts. She will give you "old fashioned customer service." Her customer service can't be beat!
