1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
DO research on area. First thing get approved for a loan. Don't take the chance losing out on your dream home.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Always use a a Realtor. We know the market and can normally get you the best price. We negotiate all terms.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
First time Senior buyers and about all types land commercial new construction & resales.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
We had a seller a friend sold their house FSBO or for sale by owner. We found them a home put a contract non refundable earnrst.There transaction fell thru on home they was selling last minute. We then listed their home and sold for more than they had it sold for paid both realtor and put more money in their pocket. We did all the stressful work.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
We started as a part time job 25 years ago after working 6 months part time became full time 25 years ago. We have seen had times and good times.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
We have negoiated contracts for 25+ years been in sales for over 40 years. I have a teaching degree!
