ZillowVERIFIEDKaren Glowacki assisted us in finding our new home. Her knowledge of real estate concerns helped us to avoid many potential problems that arise when buying a home. She submitted OPRA requests to ensure any improvements were done legally and looked into permits to ensure that they were completed. She was extremely patient with us and kept us updated on newly listed homes. After Karen had shown us many places, we found one that we love and look forward to spending many years here. I highly recommend Karen for your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED We had an amazing experience with Karen. We spoke with many different realtors before until we found Karen! When making such a large decision, we wanted to work with someone that we could trust. She was so honest and clear about the property from the start. Never made us feel pressured to make an offer or mislead the status of the house, and when we did make one she was so clear about what to expect for the next steps. Throughout the past several months, Karen has been there every step of the way. She has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. We never felt that she was just trying to sell us a house, but that she was a mentor to answer any questions and help us to make the best decision! We now consider Karen a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone that is searching for a new home. And will definitely be reaching out to her for new properties! Thank you once again Karen!

ZillowVERIFIED Karen helped my wife & I sell a house in need of much repair during March-April 2020 & the Covid virus. She always offered wise advice, was professional, very knowledgeable, courteous and kept us thinking positively! We not only sold but got a cash offer-which was perfect when many banks stopped lending during the Covid scare. I highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED When it comes to real estate, Karen Glowacki is the best in the field. We were able to sell our current home within the price and time frame that she estimated, and we were able to simultaneously buy the house we wanted (which was not even officially on the market anymore!). She genuinely listened when we explained who we are and what we want, and she gave suggestions on how to optimally get to the finish line with step-by-step assistance. Karen has a large amount of trusted connections in her network, she's seen everything in her many years in the field, and understands every part of the real estate process. She's also very responsive, personable, and very easy to work with. Highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED Were we glad someone recommended Karen! From the first few minutes of the initial contact, I knew we made the right choice. We listed a summer home late in August ( iffy at best) and in two weeks we had a contract. It just didn't happen, a professional photographer took photos of the house inside and out under Karen's direction and then she aggressively marketed. Karen's experience and knowledge of the area made this happen.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen Glowacki is THE BEST! We decided to go with Karen because she one of those people who is totally professional, yet she a person you feel completely comfortable with. When our listing was released, we compared it to the others out there, and there was no comparison - our house stood out, and that was because Karen's pictures and presentation made all the difference in the world. And, we believe the traffic we saw coming through our house, and the almost immediate sale, was a result of her marketing skills. Karen continued to handle every aspect of the sale like a pro, too. We couldn't ask for more. There was never a question she couldn't answer, or a problem she couldn't solve. Buying and selling a home is a seriously stressful time and you need a realtor who knows the business. You won't go wrong if you chose Karen Glowacki!

ZillowVERIFIED Having gone through the home sale/home buying process previously, my wife and I were looking for someone who genuinely cared about their clients, and had the expertise and drive to help us find our forever home. From the first time Karen came into our home, she was warm and caring, and walked us through the process, piece by piece. By the end, after successfully executing on both the sale of our home and the purchase of a new home, my family and Karen are true friends, and I would recommend her to anyone who is serious about selling or buying.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a sincere pleasure working with our realtor Karen Glowacki from Berkshire Hathaway in Sparta, NJ. My family and I were in a difficult situation with an estate sale selling my late brothers home which was not in great condition as it had been rented out for a couple of years. Karens advice in not accepting low offers was invaluable as I live several hours away and no longer know the market well. When the home did receive a reasonable offer, Karen assisted us every step of the way. This included helping us find contractors to complete necessary work, and meeting them on site to ensure the work was done properly. Karens actions were instrumental in ensuring our deal closed at the agreed upon price. Whether buying or selling I am certain that Karen will provide high level of service and a positive outcome.Jim Carey aEUR" Albany, NY

ZillowVERIFIED Karen was my agent for my home sale in Vernon. Not only did Karen deal with the market in and around Vernon, she also is a Vernon resident herself, so she knew the area well and what needed to be done to get my house sold. Unfortunately, Vernon is on the decline, so it was rough to sell the house, but Karen stuck with me the whole time. I felt we got a lot of interest in the house, and Karen followed-up with peoples' interest and was a valuable resource to me with negotiating and guiding me through the process to closing. I had interviewed a few agents before deciding on Karen, and I know I made the right choice!

ZillowVERIFIED When renting ones' home, you have certain reservations, such as will the renters care for the property as well as yourself. And our second though was should we list the property our self or hire realtor. The best choice that we made was to not only hire a realtor but going with Karen. Karen knew the market, helped us decide on a realistic price, prepared the lease for our attorney's review and made the whole process from getting the township's certificate of occupancy for the renters, to making sure that the utilities where transferred over to the tenant. Karen was a pleasure to work with and we would without hesitation recommend her for finding a tenant for a rental property and we have also now used her for purchasing our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen helped my husband and I buy our very first home and she was awesome! Since this was our first time buying a home, we didn't know anything. Luckily she was there to guide us through the whole process step by step. She was so patient with our questions and made us feel so much more comfortable. Karen showed us houses that were in our price range and showed us several. The thing that I liked most about Karen is that she didn't try to "sell" every house to us. She was very realistic. If we walked into a house that didn't meet our criteria, she didn't try to talk us into buying that house... we just moved on. I will definitely be recommending her to friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen was excellent, she listened to what we needed, was considerate of our needs and gave us really good advice. She wasn't just interested in the house that we could afford, she really tried to get to know us and she was easygoing. She showed us the neighborhood, the schools and would go out of her way to drive us to the schools from the houses we were interested in. She went above and beyond in trying to get us a house that met all our needs and she succeeded. She was accessible and always replied promptly to our questions. Very knowledgeable too, she would point out stuff that we might not have thought of. She has the best personality too!! The best agent in Sussex county!!

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Karen Glowacki was excellent. She was very familiar with the market and provided excellent guidance. She assisted beyond the regular scope of a realtor by working with the local and county offices. Having Ms. Glowacki working with me on this sale helped to make it a lot less stressful, and having bought and sold five houses, I speak from some experience. I highly recommend Ms. Glowacki.
