ZillowVERIFIEDKaren knew the value of our house and what price we could reasonably list it at. We had several showings and an accepted offer within 3 days of listing. Her marketing photos and video were jaw dropping beautiful, not a handful of iPhone pictures. Karen made the entire process easy and smooth.

ZillowVERIFIED Very easy to work with & even flexed her time on a Sunday to get me to the front of the line (by 2 hours) with a seller who lived 4 hours away & was having an open house. The seller didn't want a realtor involved at all, But after spending 10 minutes with us & Laura she quickly got on board & we got the house we were looking for! At closing the seller (a house flipper) complimented all of the involved parties by saying it was the smoothest sale she had ever made!

ZillowVERIFIED Karen recently sold a house for us and it went well! What I'm impressed with is that when I contact her with questions or what I perceive as problems, her response is always a cheerful "no problem" kind of answer. She has a way of making the whole house selling process seem like an easy one. We have, in fact, had Karen sell a number of houses for us- if that doesn't say we're satisfied, I don't know what does!

ZillowVERIFIED Karen is very professional and knowledgeable. She can work through very challenging issues and get favorable results. The purchase of our home was very challenging to say the very least. She understood we were on a very tight timeline and had to be out of our apartment as our lease was up. She went over an above to help us coordinate a moving truck and a locksmith when we moved in. This was not part of the original agreement but she took on herself to make the transition easier for my wife and I. Top notch broker, I would highly recommend Karen. Thanks again for everything.

ZillowVERIFIED This was my first time buying a home, so needless to say I was quite nervous and had a lot of anxiety about the whole process. Karen made this experience so amazing I can't even put it into words and I am someone who does not normally give reviews or I am usually pretty harsh but I cannot say one bad thing about this process. it was honestly amazing in the way she fought for me to get the home of my dreams and the connection she had and also all the knowledge she had to Cher throughout this whole thing really made my first time buying a home the most memorable experience of my life. I would recommend Karen to any and everyone especially if you are young and looking to buy a home she will literally find you the exact home of your dreams. She alsp included a free one year home warranty, hard to find people that just do things out of the kindness of their heart anymore. Thank you so much Karen

ZillowVERIFIED Karen was instrumental in helping my wife and I find our new home. Karen started asking us questions from the beginning to get the entire picture as to what we wanted in a new home. During the bidding and buying process, she helped us every step of the way. Her responsiveness was excellent and every time we need a good resource for any aspect of home buying, she was able to steer us to a competent individual for the job. A couple of examples are finding our home inspector, finding a good mortgage company and finding a good lawyer. We highly recommend Karen if you are looking for a home. You will be happy to have her on your side.

ZillowVERIFIED As the owner of this home; I found Ms. Gauers' performance on all points to be of concern. From the start it was very clear her motives were to sell our home for her profit. She was very rude on several occasions. When contacted concerning the situation she was even ruder. Our home ended up being sold to a person who owed money to her last landlord. Sad to say, we ended up paying the bill (roughly $2000) just to sell our home. This is a practice I find unethical. In the end we got roughly $985 from the sale of our home. I could not; nor would I, recommend working with this agent. In my opinion she is in the wrong business.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen sold my home within a week of listing it on the market at an amount far exceeding my expectation. I was impressed with her professionalism, personality, and knowledge of the housing market in my neighborhood. I already recommend her to friends seeking to purchase or sell a home, same as she was recommended to me by a friend.

ZillowVERIFIED We had an excellent time working with Karen. As first time home buyers, we didn't know what we were looking for or how the home buying process worked. Karen walked us through every step and really listened to what we were looking for in a home. She was fun to work with and made the whole experience a memorable one.

ZillowVERIFIED I've worked with a few realtors before, they didn't respond quickly, if at all- causing me to lose out on a few opportunities. I thought this was just how all realtors we're going to be- I'm not looking for huge expensive houses, I'm a single mom- I can't afford a whole lot, maybe I'm not worth there time kinda thing. Karen was the opposite- after the first house it seemed to me like she did everything she could to put me in the perfect house for me. And she did just that---I wasn't going into this endeavor looking for my dream house(like I said I couldn't afford much) but she got me pretty damn close to it- I love my new house, and I wouldn't be surprised if it's my forever home.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Karen at an open house and decided she would be the realtor for us in our home search. Karen did an excellent job getting to know us personally and what we wanted in a house. She not only found us what we wanted, but helped us navigate some messy lender issues that came up. If you want a realtor who is knowledgeable, a problem solver, realistic, and honest...Karen is the one!

ZillowVERIFIED Karen is an amazing realtor as well as a beautiful person.I felt that Karen performed a miracle for me. I had two previous Realtors and over a year between the two of them and I had no offers. Karen put my house on the market on 1 February 2016 and closed on 31 March 2016. The buyer was difficult and we had several hurdles to go through. Karen had the contacts to get things done. She had to do several creative problem solving to address some situations quickly so we could close on time.I recommended Karen to a friend who was also struggling with similar issues as I did with other Realtors. I think my friends might have some possible candidate for her home after two weeks listed with Karen.I highly recommend Karen for anyone who wants to get their home to sell quickly and treated as value customer. If you're one of the sellers who are frustrated and discouraged with their current Realtors or someone who just want results, get Karen!!

ZillowVERIFIED Karen sold my house and helped my husband and I purchase land to build our dream home. When I first met Karen, I knew that she would work hard to sell my house and she did! She recommended some excellent contractors that we needed. They were perfect. We had the same experience with the purchase of our property. It wasn't easy to answer all the questions we had, but she did. I would recommend Karen to anyone. She won't just list your house, she will sell it.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Karen on the sale of our home was a great experience. As with almost any sale, there were bumps along the way. Karen was always there to help solve the issues. Her brutal honesty and positive attitude earned our respect of her. When we had questions she was always prompt to respond. We enjoyed working with her so much on the sale of our home that we never hesitated to call her to show us houses that were listed for sale. Again, her brutal honesty there was appreciated and admired. If you are looking to list a house, or just looking for a house to buy I would strongly suggest to call Karen.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen was friendly and helpful regarding the houses I specifically wanted to view, and she was knowledgeable and helpful regarding the process of buying a house. Here's the "however": I explained to her specifically the style, size, budget, and locations I was looking for in a house. What I got instead were many emails saying "Here are some houses that I think you'd like" with virtually nothing relevant to my preferences, aside from the rare occasion. It was as though she'd put me on a mass mail list to try and offload what she'd been sitting on for a while. It made me wonder if she'd even been listening to me. Karen is a friendly person and I enjoyed looking at houses with her, but don't expect her to help you FIND what you're looking for.
