ZillowVERIFIED By the time we bought our house, Karen was like family to us. It took over a year for us to find a house in this crazy market. When we got upset, Karen lifted us up. When we lost an offer, Karen found us another house to put an offer on. When we wanted to buy a house that wasn't worth what we wanted to offer, Karen made sure that we made conscious decisions, and not just decisions based on the current market. Karen is in a league of her own. She truly cares about her clients, and that's something that cannot be taught.

ZillowVERIFIED December 2020After our first meeting with Karen, my husband and I knew we had made the right phone call. Karen is genuine thru and thru. She's such a caring, considerate, respectful, intelligent person, who gives each of her clients the feeling they are her only client. She helped us each step of the way through selling our house, and then took the time to follow up afterwards to see how we were settling into our new residence.Karen is the type of person you always hope to meet, but so rarely do.Our overall experience was Excellent. Thank You Karen! < less

ZillowVERIFIED Karen was available for any questions we had and explained all steps in the selling process. She kept us updated with transaction correspondence quickly. She was also instrumental in pointing out the best purchase offer is not always the highest for various reasons based on financing and deposits. In the end, we had a successful sale and I think all parties were very pleased with the process. Thanks to Karen we felt things were always being handled in a manner that left us feeling confident our house sale was progressing as it should. We would recommend to anyone looking for an experienced realtor who puts your sale or purchase as her priority.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen is a very caring and professional realtor. She worked with us to prepare our home for sale, making us aware of code updates needing to be addressed. She also has many resources in the community to help with assessing the home and making needed repairs. We were able to get and use reputable people and get the needed work done to meet the updated codes.Any glitches along the way, which invariably happen, were met with understanding and a helping hand by Karen. Many thanks to her!

ZillowVERIFIED Karen was by far the best agent I have ever worked with. She was very patient with us throughout the whole process. Karen sold our house over asking within 3 days with no issues, while at the same time getting us into our new dream house. Karen always had our best interest at heart.I really felt like we were her sole clients and she wasn't going to rest until we were happy. She even recommend we walk away from and offer we made because she wasn't comfortable with the terms. This speaks so highly of her as a real estate agent. I would recommend Karen's services on both the listing and buying to anyone. Not only will she get you everything you want, you will enjoy the process of working with her.

ZillowVERIFIED We live in Pennsylvania and the home was my father's in Middlesex. Karen stepped right up and handled every issue that we faced from permits to plumbing and electrical. She made the process very smooth and negotiated admirably on our behalf. She was completely honest, timely and forthright in everything she represented. I cannot imagine things going any smoother. We are very grateful for her efforts.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen Ettere worked with our son when buying his first home recently. Karen was excellent at answering all of his questions promptly and completely and helped him navigate his first home purchase. We couldn't have asked for a better experience for our son.In addition, we are getting ready to downsize and Karen spent an afternoon getting us ready to sell. She toured the entire house and offered her experienced opinion on where we need to make some minor changes and investments. We would highly recommend Karen.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen was an excellent real estate agent to work with on the sale of my mothers' home from start to finish. She recommended minor fixes to get the house ready for sale. Karen helped us select a list price that drove multiple offers in less than one week on market, and after being under contract, she helped me find responsive and reasonably priced contractors to complete repairs that were necessary for closing. She is very knowledgeable about the local market in Middlesex and is incredibly responsive. If I was buying or selling a home in the Middlesex area, I would work with Karen again in a heartbeat!

ZillowVERIFIED Karen first and foremost is a great person and when considering who you are going to trust in selling of buying a home that really is a must. Beyond that she is one of the most honest and trustworthy people I have worked with. The care and time that she invests into her work is represented in the amazing way she helped present our home to the market and in the end got a great deal in helping us move on to the next home in our lives.I can honestly say that if we move again the first and last person that I will call is Karen Ettere!

ZillowVERIFIED She's a pro but we knew that before we met her. My brother works for Coldwell Banker with commercial properties so I asked one pro's opinion of another. Karen is very well recognized by her profession. The greatest compliment after that is that she will be our first call when we sell again.

ZillowVERIFIED Karen was wonderful to work with. With our limited budget but vision for our house Karen spent months showing us every house that remotely met our needs. She worked with us tirelessly once we found our house trying to work our way through the short sale and all that that entailed. A year later we wanted to refinance and she came right out to give us a current market appraisal and was excited to see everything we had done to our fixer upper. She knows the area and puts in the hard work to get you your dream house!
