About Karen Stiles Dunn: I was raised in the Pioneer Valley and moved to Florida in 1982 where my two children were born and raised. After 27 years in 2009, I decided to move back "home". I am always reminded of the challenges it takes to move a family across the country and how it feels to relocate.

About Luke Dunn: A native of southern Florida, I relocated to Amherst attending Amherst Regional High where I played lacrosse and golf and fell in love with the beautiful Pioneer Valley. During summers I enjoyed working for the local property management company, Jones Properties which opened my eyes to the possibilities of living and working in the Five College Area. However, Florida called me back where I earned a Bachelor's of Science in Political Science and Business from Florida State University. So, I can empathize with those going through the relocation process - I am back in Amherst and ready for action!
My experience as a six-year lacrosse coach and lifetime athlete has taught me three things; use your instincts, trust your decisions, and execute flawlessly. I will bring that passion to every interaction of my professional real estate career. Whether you're looking for your dream home, investing, or relocating, the primary focus of my business is to advise clients throughout the transaction lifecycle utilizing reliable market analysis and confident negotiation strategies. Real estate team Karen and Luke are absolute professionals! Karens long experience in the area helped us find just the right location and home for us. She is also very patient, knowledgeable, and downright fun to look at houses with. Lukes expertise with technologies like Matterport helped us during a remote home search. He is a pleasure to see homes with and very helpful throughout the process.We truly cannot say enough good things about this real estate team. Before we were actively looking for a home to buy, we had been to several open houses throughout the area. Two of the most informative open houses we went to were Karens, so when we decided to actively start looking, we asked her if she would be willing to work with us. She was excited to help out first-time home buyers, and committed to helping us find the perfect house. We warned her we were ready to look for over a year if necessary, and that didnt bother her at all.She always did her best to schedule viewings at the most convenient times for us and was always happy to see us. Communication is key to a house search, and staying in touch with her was easy. When new listings came up that she didnt think wed notice, she made a point to pass them along just in case it might help. She manages to find every possible home exciting and full of possibilities without trying to push buyers into something they dont want, and was even happy to show us homes she knew we wouldnt be interested in. When we made our offers, she kept us informed through each step of the process, so we were able to deal with rejected offers and one house which failed inspection. We were afraid that she might get sick of us after the third failed purchase, but the only thing she shared was the frustration that there were not any appropriate houses on the market. When we finally found the right house, she got the offer through easily and made a point to arrange for the inspection to be done by the same inspector we used previously, helping to give consistency to the process. Its almost bittersweet that we not longer see her every week and discuss houses and share stories!

Before meeting Karen Stiles-Dunn, my wife and I briefly worked with another agent when we originally set out to buy a house. He was knowledgable, as well as personable. The one thing missing, was a lack of prompt response and overall urgency toward the situation. Once we began communicating with Karen, it was much different. She is available to answer any question you may have, any time of day, and at night. Because she is very experienced, she knows the answers to most questions that come up. In the case of situations requiring a response from a third party, Karen goes after the answer and solution with a great sense of urgency and determination. I truly believe Karen had our best interest in mind at all times and would defend our position whenever necessary. She is incredibly reliable, and did a lot of work and research for us, so we didn't have to do it ourselves. The best part, was that it happened so quickly, and we didn't have to wait. She is extremely fun to go around and see houses with and has an amazingly bright, sunny personality. Karen does an excellent job of facilitating whatever experience you are looking for, in terms of either being a guide when necessary, or simply staying out of the way and letting you look around at your leisure. We could not have asked for a better real estate agent to guide us on such an important decision. I recommend Karen Stiles-Dunn to anybody and everybody looking to buy a home.

Karen is without a doubt on of the most professional, knowledgeable, honest and reliable real estate agents I have ever worked with. She helped my brothers and me sell my fathers house very quickly. My entire family live a good distance away and she made this transaction seem so simple. Karen was super at keeping my whole family in the loop throughout the entire process.
