Karen Dietrich

I grew up in New York's Hudson Valley, spending every spare minute outdoors in nature or on the back of a horse - especially in Harriman State Park and around the Hudson River. I studied Natural Resource Conservation at Cornell University, and Systematic Conservation Planning at the University of Northern British Columbia. I have a passion for and deep knowledge of open space, land use, conservation easements, gardening, and wildlife. I show up each day as a down-to-earth, compassionate and informed agent to confidently walk you through the steps of your home or land search. With a keen sense of spatial awareness and a vivid imagination, I will guide you in envisioning possibilities and find you the perfect space at the right price. By striving to do all things with positivity and clear communication, I am adept at forming meaningful connections.
