She came over the next day so we could talk about the home selling process, the value of the house, and the timing. Karen had the house sold in a weekend over list price. There arose complications with regards to regulations and inspections, and then there were the delays, delays, delays. Karen made calls to town inspectors, chased down paperwork, visited town hall and dealt with the tenant time and time again all on my behalf .
