ZillowVERIFIEDI have been a real estate investor for 48 years and have not encountered a better real estate professional than Karen Butler. After we had taken possession of a town house in a complicated foreclosure, Karen guided us through the entire process to a successful sale by advising us on the best path to take in making repairs prior to sale and providing us with excellent referrals for obtaining bids and getting necessary improvements completed. When the property was ready to be shown Karen had a number of interested parties waiting to view the property. The property sold in one day for more that our full market asking price. Karen was very assertive in negotiating on our behalf during the sales and escrow process. She was always available to answer any questions and kept us current through every step of the way making the process as seamless as possible. When working with Karen Butler you can be confident that she will be 100% + on your side. I highly recommend her for your real estate need.Troy and Robin Winslow
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren was on point every step of the way. Very knowledgeable of the process and was keen in finding me something in my price range that met my check list
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren was just plain AWESOME! I called her real estate office looking for a realtor. Karen Butler drove in afternoon freeway traffic that afternoon, brought a top notch photographer out the next day, and had the house sold within the week. She went out of her way, even after the house was sold by taking my Mom to the store! She even helped my elderly Mom with her utilities. This woman is truly amazing and we highly recommend her.
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren is such a sweet and knowledgeable real estate agent. She was so responsive and on top of all the details and walked us thru everything. She is authentic which we really appreciated. We Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIEDThis was my first time buying and Karen worked with me very patiently. I was uneducated when it came to anything having to do with purchasing a home. Karen was great at explaining everything in detail until I understood. Even though I didn't have alot to spend and not a great credit score she found the perfect house for me. I was sceptical at first because I wanted specific details in a home but she showed me many many properties and never gave up on me. She also has a great lender that she works with who gave me an amazingly low rate. Thanks Karen - I couldn't have done it without you.
ZillowVERIFIEDOur experience with Karen was amazing. We had 2 horrible agents before Karen. They would not return calls, ignored our requests to go view homes, and we had to find our own homes to view. We wasted a year like this. We met Karen when we went to an open house that she was showing. Karen introduced herself and even recommended homes for our agent to take us to see. I could tell she was attentive and knowledgeable. After wasting another 6 mos with our last agent I found Karen's card and called her. She responded quickly and she advised me of listings in our price range. She recommended homes and actually took us to see them. We found a home within a couple of months of working with her. Karen is truly THE BEST!!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren stepped in after several failed bids with other realtors. We were able to purchase a home with her care. guidance and expertise. Unlike some of our past experiences, she was down to earth, calming and easily met her deadlines in short timeframes (and made sure others did as well). Don't let her friendly nature overshadow her determination, creativity and thoughtfulness! Karen's truly a gem, and we hope the relationship continues even though the keys are now in our hands!
ZillowVERIFIEDI have worked with Karen Butler on buying a banked owned property. She has worked with a title company previously which made her very knowledgeable in real estate contracts. She accommodated my late evening/weekend schedule so she is very flexible. She is very friendly and I recommend her for your deal.
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren took the time and had the interest to figure out what we were looking for in a house. She knows the area and the market. Karen helped us find the most house we could afford. She was an advocate for us throughout the process including with the loan and title companies. She did a lot of work behind the scenes and made our purchase trouble free.
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren Butler is very good at what she does. She was able to lead us to the best lender in the area. From there she led us thru a no stress search for a home. She did her research on the best homes available that she thought would fit our family and within just one week picked the one we fell in love with. This was our first time buying a home so she gave us plenty of advice thru the process. She also negotiated us a really good contract during closing. We cant thank you enough Karen for the hard work you put in for us. Forever grateful, the Smith Family.
ZillowVERIFIEDKaren was knowledgeable and patient with my house search. She was also easy to work with. She stepped up and pushedfor deadlines to be met. I felt comfortable and confident with her the whole time. I would not hesitate to use her again!
