ZillowVERIFIED In July, our neighbors house went on sale Friday afternoon. We saw a sign up but we just assumed that the current renters were moving out. It wasnt until that evening that we found out that the house was actually on sale. We contacted Tim, who was signed on as the selling agent, and requested that he represent us the buying agent as well. That following morning, he got the offer in and the sellers accepted. For the next 30 days, Tim and Karen worked with the escrow and title company, lender, and seller to ensure that the transaction went off without a hitch. While in escrow, everything ran smoothly and we did not experience any problems. And for a first-time homebuyer, this is essential because we put an offer in on the house at the very last minute and didnt have a preapproval letter yet. Luckily, Tim went through the entire process with us. We are so grateful to have worked with Karen and Tim our first home purchase. They are a great team and we would highly recommend them with no reservations.

Tim came over almost every day to water the lawn by hand to ensure it looked good. This is just an example of the many things they both have done to sell our house. We told him what we were looking for and after lot's of searching he found us the perfect house by knocking on doors in the neighborhood. Tim is super mellow which is a good trait for your Realtor to have while going through the often stressful process of making an offer, negotiating a price and generating documents leading to closing. Tim knew exactly what we were looking for and found us our house before it came on the market. Tim was extremely diligent, organized and keep us fully informed during the home buying process.
